Who was the best Vocalist ? 😛

For me rafi sahab all the way ...kishore kumar wasnt dat much compatible as a singer i mean he is great too but wasn't a multi genre singer never had any classical raga based songs or ghazals and had limited range too etc :) ... like rafi sahab did in bawju bawra , man tarpat hari darshan ko aaj , o duniya ke rakhwale , madhu ban main radekha nachi thi to filmy likhe jo khaat tujey , dewana mujhsa nahi , badan pe sitaray lapatay huwe to Funky song "Sir jo tera chakraye ya dil dooba jaye" or sad yaad na jaye beetay dino ke , pathar ke sanam or bhajan like sukh ke sab saathi dukh main na koi ...he have sang songs of all moods and genres...

Whats your choice ???

They both were extremely talented. I really can't decide and think it's unfair to call one better than the other.

Can't choose!

I really like Rafi's songs from the late 50s and early 60s, and Kumar's songs from the late 60s. 😊

My favourite Rafi songs are Jane Kahan Mera Jigar Gaya Ji and Hum Aapki Aankhon Mein, and my favourite songs by Kishore Kumar are Yeh Dil Na Hota Bechara and Mere Samne Wali Khidki Mein.

I love their songs!

Muhammad Rafi indeed the best vocalist ...i like kishore kumar songs as well but have to admit he had limitations in his singing unlike M.Rafi

Both Re amazingly talented... Amazing renditions, good songgs, emoted very nicely...
M a wee bit more fan of Rafi Sahab... Unki awaaz mein ek sukoon hai...
