I find his looks grossly over-rated. Personally do not find him attractive.

As a male, I can say that I think he is good-looking, but I feel like he does too many strange stuff to himself that can make him look feminine.

His body is really weird sometimes, with extra bulky arms and upper body with a very small waist - he doesn't sport that look all the time but when he does IMO it looks awful and almost deformed (I think he was like that in Krish3)

I also feel he looks feminine when he colors his hair, ive never seen a guy do that.

He just needs to tone it down imo. From my experience with girls, Ive mostly seen them go crazy over John Abraham and Siddharth type of guys, so perhaps Hrithik is also overrated, I cant say for sure, just posting my observations.
