Nach Baliye 2 had placed Yash and Gouri in the second slot, and now Gouri continues to pursue her passion for dance and music. "I love singing and dance. I am taking lessons in salsa for my personal interest and also intend to learn Hindustani classical music. It will take years to put it in a form but better late than never."
In the meanwhile did she get offers from Ekta Kapoor's production house with whom she did Kahin Kissi Roz ?
"Yes, I was approached for a couple of serials," she says, "but I did not want to become a mother to people my age. I did not mind waiting, but was very particular about my comeback role."
Recently hubby Yash was linked with his co-star Pallavi Subhash. So how does she react to such link-ups? "When you work together, you lunch together and spend a few relaxing moments in between shots. That doesn't mean you are having an affair," she says, rather irritated. What's her take on the much publicised kiss planted by Pallavi on Yash's cheek during a stage performance? "That was a part of the choreography and the media made such a big noise about it. I trust my husband completely and nothing can shake my faith in him," concludes Gauri.
