This is Hindu marriage. and a lady has lived all her life because she was told that she was married to this man Suresh Modi. The matter should clearly go to court.

And when Suresh Modi /Mahesh Ajmera is alive Pallavi cannot go around asking people to "vacate" the "house" as she is the "first wife" . There is no "first wife" there is only one wife allowed that is if they are Hindus.

Now if the marriage certificate is for the marriage of Mahesh Aj"mera" and Pallavi Aj"mera" then Pallavi should go and locate Mahesh Ajmera using birth certificate identity proof etc.

What kind of bakwaas are they showing.? and they go on showing more and more bakwaas.

It is like some kind of "suspense" what Pallavi is going to come up with. and then it is really a stupid idiotic "court notice" which cannot even be sent.

and yesterday they showed Sharda as saying Suresh Modi should worry about his own identity. Suresh or Mahesh. Why should he worry? He can only be one person with one name. He is taking the world for a ride.

The cvs have to "worry" about Suresh Modi/Mahesh Ajmera's identity. and clear it soon. because it is getting stupider and stupider.

More stupid is Latika saying she will not leave her "share". or "right". Clearly the law says what is legal and what is not.

So why does everyone go on adding stupid ideas day by day. ?

I so agree with you. Creatives have lost the plot for this show and keep adding crazy/worse ideas with each passing episode. Either Sony wants to axe this serial to make way for another show or creatives literally don't understand that viewers are not stupid any more.

I feel sad that such nice show with great concept is getting ruined. Feeling sorry for Poonam Dhillon and Krystle who had to work on this stupid story line!

True . When Poonam Dhillon was the main character for this unusual theme one expected a lot out of this serial. It kind of fizzled out. Suresh Modi/Mahesh Ajmera suppressed Sharda for his own benefit. and he married Pallavi for her money . So he is the selfish person the person who needs to answer all the accusations directed at him. What is Pallavi doing evicting Sharda from her home?

That way Suresh Modi/Mahesh Ajmera when he has done such duping would he not have been careful about his money matters?

Pallavi creating a court order tamasha and saying whatever questions they have they should go and move through the court or go to the "police" is really stupid. Sharda may have been legally not his wife but still if she had shares in her name then they are hers. Nobody can take it away from her.

If the house belongs to Suresh Modi then how can Pallavi even if she is his wife barge into the house and call it her own? and "evict" the owners? Is this the "tarika" she talked about?

They mention court case lawyers police etc etc. Sharda Modi has been living in the house for thirty five years or may be a good many years. Even tenancy laws say that no one can evict the people.

She can definitely go to court and plead her case for the "ride" that she has been taken for. for getting married to Suresh Modi who isn't even Suresh Modi or is he? ( Why do the cvs not clear this mystery?) for serving him for this many years and being trodden all over. And the insult now she has been made to suffer that their marriage is not legal.and her children are not born legal. How much suffering is this to a human being for no fault of hers?

Does not Pallavi realize this? Is she uneducated or what or is she such a vengeful human being? if so why is she being so vengeful

Sharda is at fault in this too. I think Pallavi's change in nature against Sharda was largely because Sharda accused her of knowing that Suresh = Mahesh. I would think that Pallavi's good nature (the one before this drama nonsense came into place) would have allowed Sharda and herself to work out the quirks and come to the understanding that Suresh is the one responsible for all this, so it makes no sense for either to quarrel.
