we do not know who is he legally

but if his business is in name of suresh modi and his marriage certificate is in name of mahesh ajmera ,he shoulld choose what he wants pallavi or property cos if mahesh married pallavi he has no right on suresh's property and if he wants his business and property suresh had never married pallavi

cvs have goofed up

by the way ...legally he should be behind bars for illegally transfering huge amounts from suresh modi to mahesh ajmera and fooling his 2 wives... come on drag him to courts

No actually, we know who he is legally. His dad is Dada Modi, his mom is Dadi Modi, hence he has to be Suresh Modi.

I got the same question about the events that happened today too. It looks like Pallavi wants Suresh's property, but unless they are all registered under Mahesh Ajmera (which I highly doubt it), there really isn't a huge chance of Pallavi getting Suresh's property just by being married to him first. By that logic, if Mahesh was married to a donkey when he was young (you know how some traditions do such rituals), does that mean a donkey can become the owner. Definitely not because there is no such person named Mahesh!!

What surprises me even more is that these silly lawyers believe that Pallavi is correct. Wonder what kind of law they studied 😆

My biggest irk of today's episode was Dadi's heart attack. I mean, Sharda finally manages to tell Suresh that he has no right to her anymore and it's time for the show to take it's course -- Sharda finds ek nayi pechaan. But then Dadi has a heart attack the moment Sharda starts to leave which results in Latika saying that there is no one better than Sharda to take care of Dadi. So basically, the great move out of the Modi house goes to a giant waste of time. Hopefully Karan still moves on with his plan, but it seems doubtful. Perhaps it's for the best since clearly with no money, no job, and a pile of clothes ... I wonder where Sharda, Karan, and Sakshi can live ... thank god they didn't say "we'll live on love!" 😆😆

I don't get this . If marriage certificate is in the name of Mahesh Ajmera then how is it valid? Unless the person concerned is Mahesh Ajmera the marriage is not valid. Pallavi is married to Mahesh Ajmera means her husband is legally Mahesh Ajmera.

Now one cannot understand how Suresh Modi can have two identities. That is an offence. Marrying using a false name in registrar office or court for that one has to show birth certificate /school certificate/proof of identity for the marriage to take place. If Suresh Modi showed identity proof then either they are fake for which he can be punished or else Suresh Modi has changed his name legally in the gazette. which makes Suresh Modi the name he uses as illegal. He cannot give his name for census as Suresh Modi. That name is no longer his any more.

Now one is not sure the property companies he owns are in his name or Sharda's name . How can Pallavi barge into Suresh Modi's house and call it her own? She is not married to Suresh Modi.

Sirf naam badalne se aadmi nahi badalta hain. This is true for Suresh Modi aka Mahesh Ajmera. But this does not make a marriage legal/illegal. If he used the name Mahesh to marry Pallavi Pallavi cannot even come inside Sharda's house.

In any case Pallavi why does she want to take over Sharda's house? Suresh Modi/Mahesh Ajmera has taken her for a ride as well. in fact if he married Pallavi first then he has cheated her by marrying again and having three kids. Plus he is a famous business man.How come Pallavi does not know this?

First cvs have to clarify whether Suresh Modi or Mahesh Ajmera which is the legal name . They cannot make Daadi have heart attack and divert the viewers attention.

First clarify as to who he is legally and then proceed with the story.

Otherwise it is "bakwaas" ( as in chennai express as Deepika Padukone says it. )

The way they showed Sakshi asking her not to enter the house, looks like she will take on Pallavi and tell her that this house belongs to Suresh Modi & his parivar and not to Mahesh Ajmeira, so she can't enter this house. More over if not for the money, they need to stand up for their identity in the society that they are indeed Modi's otherwise, all the 3 kids of Sharada will be called illegitimate. They should first prove that they are legal heirs of Suresh Modi and then they can leave it (the property) to some trust or orphanage and move on proudly with their head high and prosper. I know, they will start a new saree shop or restaurant, something to do with Sharada's plus point.

Meanwhile with the legal notice from Pallavi should open the eyes of Mahesh / Suresh who blindly thought Pallavi loved him and not his property. While Sharada and her kids doesn't want his money and name, Pallavi is behind it and not him.

I can't understand why Latika is not telling her mom n bro n SIL to stay in her house😕.
Why is she staying back in Modi parivaar but I am loving the way they r treating Suresh😳 especially Sharda n Karan😆.

Yah either Sharda's children r illegitamate or Pallavi's are illegitamate.Anyway, slowly n steadily they r turning Pallavi to be a greedy woman who is interested in Suresh's property.

the cvs need to clear some doubts... especially abt tht mahesh/syresh identity... nd i dint get it how a woman is more intrested in property ratger than questioning her husband ! like seriousy . pallavi made me hate her... nd bow down to sharda for toadays epi . the way she said to words to suresh. i literally clapped for her! nd thn dadi heartattack . i was like abhi aana jaroori tha ! hopefully cvs dosomething good soon...other than dragging the show

im so confused, you guys are saying palavi is after his money but to me it looks more like she knows how important his name and fortune is to him so to hurt him like he hurt her, shes gonna snatch it away from him. and that would be best. the modi name he boosts about.

shardha and pallavi should not be pitted against one another but work together...

I still do not understand how Pallavi can send a lawyer's notice saying the "property" "belongs" to the "first wife" . Where did the question of property come? Suresh Modi /Mahesh Ajmera abhi zinda hain? right? as to "illegality" that is something the court has to decide. Pallavi cannot send a "lawyer's" notice saying "Suresh Modi"''s house belongs to her.

This is Hindu marriage. and a lady has lived all her life because she was told that she was married to this man Suresh Modi. The matter should clearly go to court.

And when Suresh Modi /Mahesh Ajmera is alive Pallavi cannot go around asking people to "vacate" the "house" as she is the "first wife" . There is no "first wife" there is only one wife allowed that is if they are Hindus.

Now if the marriage certificate is for the marriage of Mahesh Aj"mera" and Pallavi Aj"mera" then Pallavi should go and locate Mahesh Ajmera using birth certificate identity proof etc.

What kind of bakwaas are they showing.? and they go on showing more and more bakwaas.

It is like some kind of "suspense" what Pallavi is going to come up with. and then it is really a stupid idiotic "court notice" which cannot even be sent.

and yesterday they showed Sharda as saying Suresh Modi should worry about his own identity. Suresh or Mahesh. Why should he worry? He can only be one person with one name. He is taking the world for a ride.

The cvs have to "worry" about Suresh Modi/Mahesh Ajmera's identity. and clear it soon. because it is getting stupider and stupider.

More stupid is Latika saying she will not leave her "share". or "right". Clearly the law says what is legal and what is not.

So why does everyone go on adding stupid ideas day by day. ?
