I know this is not a bollywood movie but I just wanted to tell everyone how awesome this movie and book is 😳
Just saw The fault in our stars...AMAZINGāļø !! Wonderful āļø!! The best romantic couple ever seen in. a movie..GUS AND HAZEL😃 !!! They have the most simplest and painful love story😭 but also the most amazing one !!

Love this movie and book SOOO MUCH !! I would not limit this movie to just 5 stars. It is just infinite..āļø...
I'm soo in love with Shailene Woodley, Ansel Elgort and Natt Wolf.šŸ¤—.I don't if it's because Hazel, his and Issac were soo AWESOME.šŸ‘šŸ¼..but wonderful actors and I genuinely hope they do real well.
I have become a great fan of Shailene😃 and I'm gonna sit and see all her movies...from Divergent to Descendents. Also eagerly waiting for Insurgent.. šŸ˜Ž

Coming to the point, I also felt the book was a tad better than the movie because they cut and edited many of my favorite portions of the bookšŸ˜’...but a must watch moviešŸ˜³šŸ‘ šŸ¤—!! Teaches you soo many things about life😭...And don't forget the Tissues (a large bunch of them would be needed)😭

P.S. If you haven't read the book still now, you're missing a very amazing thing in your life..do read it and I can assure you, you will never regret it.šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ¼
P.P.S. Shailene and Ansel look sooo cute offscreen..they should just DATE !!😔

P.P.P.S. DID I TYPE TOOO MUCH ?????šŸ˜•

P.P.P.P.S. How many of you have read this book ? If you have, please share your views.

I can never watch films like this. Way too sad for my liking.

BTW, isn't the story similar to this Hindi film called Saatwan Aasman?

EDIT: Description of Saatwan Aasman: Two runaway people who meet each other and enjoy every movement of their life because they both know that death can call them anytime as one has got death sentence and other is suffering from a fatal disease which is getting worse.

Oh yes, yes, yes !!
Thanks for this thread.

I read YA, apparently I am older than the target audience and it is not intellectual enough or something šŸ¤”.

But I read it because strewn among the trash like Twilight is treasure like TFIOS. All the tears. Rarely is the movie as good as the book, but in this case the movie was almost as good as well thanks to both Shailene and Ansel. Perfect casting. I was a tad worried that it would be weird after seeing them play brother and sister in Divergent 😳, but not at all.

One of the best movies and books I have ever seen and read. Highly recommended.

P.S. No you did not type or hype too much at all. Plus John Green the author of this book is such a fabulous person himself. Hope many people discover this book and movie.

It would be very stupid to categorize this film as only a sad film or teen romance genre. This story is just something different...it's not only about two people falling in love..it's about these two individuals called Augustus Waters and Hazel Grace who are beautiful in their own way..I just can't put it in words..it's soo wonderful !!!!

The reason why people cry or get emotional after reading this book or seeing the film is not because they showed something specifically to make you cry..if you read the book from the end you will not feel like crying at all...but if you read it from the beginning to end, you will find that what makes you cry is the fact that the beautiful relationship they both shared would have to end in that way. This is what made me cry.
P.S. No, it is not based on whatever movie you gave..I checked it on wiki...this movie and book are completely different.
