Is Kareena Kapoor an one film wonder actress?

Kareena Kapoor's filmography is very poor yet she is considered A list actress due to her Kapoor background. If she was Kareena Sharma or Kareena Verma nobody would have been interested to see her stupid loud face on screen. Jab We Met is the only film in her entire career which is decent to watch even though in that film she was too loud. I guess its because the character was loud Punjabi girl. Whatever but its a fact that nobody is interested to cast her in films now a days apart from the epic director Rohit Shetty.

Why did she refuse Ram Leela, Queen and recently Durga Rani Singh? Or she is making false claim that she was offered Queen and Durga Rani Singh?

I don't know but her performance in JWM, Chameli, Yuva, Dev and Omkara are much better performances than what I saw in Devdas, Raincoat, Provoked and Chokar Bali.

Kareena is a good actress with a terrible script sense. LOL.. One film wonder you say? I agree somewhat.

The only film of HERS i liked was JWM. I liked her in 3I but she didn't leave an impression there. I didn't like Chameli or Omkara. The film subjects weren't appealing.

Talaash and Omkara were good watches. Haven't seen Dev or Chameli so can't comment on those but they seem to be appreciated.

jwm was the one that got noticed coz it was a commercial sucess and indians love loud performance.
she gave equally nuanced performance in Dev and Omkara as dolly.
Chameli might have bold subject but it is a below average film.
After JWM she chose to do commercial cinema only like tashan,kambakht ishq which were crap and other like shetty movies n hirani she is ordinary.
she tried different with bhandarkar but tht was disaster.
Though she was never offered queen.
