Dual identity legal?

Even though Pallavi married Ajmera before Sharda married Modi is it a legal marriage ?
Actually he is Suresh Modi so I think it is a crime and he should be jailed.
Latika Karan and sakshi all are educated they should know this.
What you guys think?

I was wondering the same too.. If he is indeed "Suresh Modi", then how can his marriage wid pallavi be valid..?? If fact, he should be charged with fraud by law.. And his marriage wid pallavi should be nullified..
And i was wondering how come his identity wasn't affirmed by checking his identity card before the marriage commenced..

I actually made a post about that a few days ago. I was confused about the same. I was researching and apparently dual identity is not legal at all so which ever name is legal is the marriage that is legal.

he thinks hes above morals, emotions , rights and wrongs.

The law doesnt apply to people like him just because he wouldnt share and connect with his uneducated wife.

so alls fair cause his wife is uneducated.

he can fool whoever and whenever he wants because its all about him and his wants and needs.

and always remember , this is his personal problem, no kids, no wife(ves) or the law are allowed to interfere.

agree..!!
I thought registering marriage also requires prof of your identity...and a person definately cannot have 2 identities..!!

How come Latika and karan never realised being in the same office and his children that he does not have the documents...

and if suresh modi is his real identity, how is it possible that pallavi did not come to know about this identity since he was so famous.!!!

They should get some reality in the show..

This track doesn't have any logic...Pallavi married a man called Mahesh Ajmera...who was baptized as suresh modi by his biological parents whereas the same man marries Sharda...but her marriage rituals didn't complete...still he lives with the woman and has three children...both marriages are illegal.I will forget all illogical arguments that led to this track..if cv's now show Sharda moving on instead of crying mera sindoor...let pallavi have it...
