I was also smiling like an idiot (it was the smile I was talking about in the last chapter where my smile muscles just get stuck- set in stone and I can't stop smiling...) at the part where Sanyu was like focus... but she ended up calling him and ending it!

And the fact that she wanted to go on a date! AHAHAHA! That was so cute!

And when she wanted to go to sleep! Randhir knew better! hehehehe! He didn't fall for the trap! and the TEDDY BEAR THING!!! hahaha! that was so cuteee! I loved how she was just trying to get for them to sleep on the same bed... Saffi... you keep on bringing up that! 😉😳bad girl! HEHE!

Oh another thing... there was a part where she was asking herself questions... that's when I was like "Saffidi... I know what you did there. You effectively used the rhetorical questions that entice readers... very good." I was just trying to say... after reading so much of your writing... I am getting better at analyzing pieces! 😆

Oh! Another thing I remember typing down was the fact that when it was just two paragraphs into the chapter... I had said, "yaar, I don't have the guts to go and touch a guy when they sleep..." I said that I'll take a sneak peek.. but never go close to him... and then like the fourth or five paragraph you were making sanyu think that what she did wasn't normal as no one does that! That's when I was like getting all excited and said that Great Minds Think Alike! Hahaha!

Cute Update! As you know... I loved it as always! Can't wait for the next part...👏

Oh man Kri, I'm sorry. I hate when that happens. That's why everytime I write something on I-F, I spend time selecting all and copying my text every once in a while in case this thing decides to go haywire. 😛

I'm so glad that this chapter gave you some fangirl moments! Now I realize I should have made it harder for you! 😆 Maybe she should have been his girlfriend after all! 😉 Nah, just kidding, RD doesn't have a GF. 😆 If he did, I can't write the next few chapters because it would be sooo immoral. *hint hint*

Yes, she feels so sexually attracted to him. I don't blame her man, four years without this hot guy build up the sexual tension. 😆 I just don't know what's with this guy though. SO MUCH SELF CONTROL. Don't worry though, he doesn't have very long until he loses it. 😆

Aww you find content in my writing to analyze? That means a lot. I do try, but it's incomplete without people like you who actually take the time to look into it and find it. You know exactly what I'm trying to do. You know my writing so well now!

Yes, great minds do think alike. Sanyu's not scared of Randhir though, she doesn't have a problem with going to his room and sleeping beside him on the bed like an abnormal person. Poor Randhir, he doesn't know what he has on his hands! She's going to make him lose his self control. 😆

Chapter Thirteen

In the next few days, Randhir behaved typically, and Sanyukta didn't even try to do anything, because she knew she had to save her plan for the weekend. Finally, after work on Friday night, as they were entering the house, Sanyukta smiled at Randhir, putting the first part of her plan in action.

"I'm going out tonight Randhir, do you want to come?" Sanyukta asked politely, keeping her tone neutral, already knowing his answer.

"No," he said, walking ahead of her.

"Fine!" she yelled out after him, trying to sound indifferent.

She knew he would come though. This time, he was not going to leave her alone and she was confident about it. She immediately rushed to her room to get ready for where she was going.

Sanyukta went in her closet and rummaged through her clothes before picking out the dress she was going to wear tonight. She smirked. There was no way Randhir would be able to be so controlled today.

She wore the dress and did her makeup quickly before looking at herself in the mirror. The black v-neck dress fell loosely to the middle of her thighs. The thin sleeves hung off her shoulder, wrapped snugly around her arms. It showed quite a bit of cleavage too. The back was lower than normal, but still covered a fair bit.

Finishing off her look with bright red lipstick, she let her straight hair hang loosely over her face.

Feeling nervous at the pit of her stomach, she picked up her heels and walked to Randhir's room.

"I - I'm going out... to Soundhouse, alone," she said dramatically, knocking on Randhir's door. "If you want to, you can still come."

She heard the door unlock from inside. Standing up straight, she put on a calm expression on her face, composing herself. What would he think of her going to a night club alone dressed like this?

As soon as the door opened, she gulped nervously. He looked her up, down, and then back up causing her to blush. Was he checking her out? So obviously?

"Um... I'm going," she said, about to turn around, but he grabbed her arm.

"I know what you're trying to do Sanyukta."

"Oh yeah? You had the option to show me around, but you didn't, so now I'm going. By myself."

"A night club of all places? It won't be right for you to go there alone," he informed her.

"Then why don't you come to with me?" she asked him, a smile reaching her face.

"I'm not coming with you, because I know what you're up to. I told you it's unsafe. You're a grown woman, decide for yourself what you want."

And with that, he closed the door on her face. She felt tears reach her eyes. She tried so hard to dress up nicely and impress Randhir, just so he would go out with her, but he didn't see that? He didn't care at all about hurting her feelings.

"Okay fine," she yelled from outside, banging on the door once. "You're right. I will do what I want. I'm going to the night club Randhir. Your decisions don't affect mine!"

Then she turned on her heel and left the house.

She knew what she was doing was stupid. Nobody went to night clubs alone. They usually went with a group of friends. Being alone was unsafe. As she bitterly walked into the club, she wondered why she was even afraid. She could take on a few guys by herself.

As soon as she entered, she regretted it. A lot of boys pushed against her trying to grind. She pushed through them and made her way to the washroom, where tears fell from her eyes. She was in no mood to even be here. What was she trying to prove? And to whom? Randhir didn't care whether she was here or not, and she didn't even want to be here, so why was she here?

With shaking hands, she picked up her phone and dialed Randhir's number. He picked up on the first ring.

She hurt him so much. She hurt him in the past, and she was probably hurting him now. He didn't want to be near her because of her own mistake, and she was just scratching his scars by trying to force him to take her back. Maybe she needed to leave him alone.

"Randhir," she said, before he could say anything. "I'm sorry."

She hung up the phone and walked out of the bathroom. As she walked through the crowd, she felt a boy try to grope her. Turning around, she slapped him.

"How dare you?" she yelled through the loud music.

The boy looked pissed off as he looked at her.

"You don't belong in a night club," he replied with anger, charging towards her and grabbing her arm. "Watch what I do to you now."

She was just about to kick him where it hurt the most, when she felt a comforting hand on her shoulder from behind.

She didn't even have to turn around to know it was Randhir.

He pushed the boy off her and held on to his collar. "Listen to me," Randhir said through gritted teeth at the boy, "If you come near her again, I'll personally break all of your bones. Don't say I didn't warn you."

Then he let go of the boy in a single movement, and grabbed Sanyukta's arm. "Come with me."

He lead her to the side of the club and held on to her shoulders protectively. "What kind of silly logic do you have?" he asked, nearly yelling, at her. "You're out of your mind! Going to a nightclub here alone."

Sanyukta, who was deeply touched by Randhir's presence, tried to control her smile.

"Why - why do you care?" she asked, trying to show him attitude, but feeling really guilty about it at the same time.

"You know why I care dammit," Randhir said angrily, shaking her shoulders. "You know why."

"I know," Sanyukta breathed out, feeling safe and in complete bliss with him in front of her. "I knew you wouldn't let me come here alone."

"Let's go," he said, looking away from her.

"No, let's dance Randhir, if we're here anyways," she whispered. "Please?"

"Sanyukta, let's just get out of here!"

"I'm not leaving until you dance with me," she said stubbornly with a pout.

Randhir sighed, giving in, as she smiled inwardly, her heart leaping when he grabbed her hand and took her on to the dance floor.

She held on to the sleeves of his shirt tightly while he wrapped his arm around her waist and held her against him protectively. They swayed on the dance floor for a few moments, looking into each others eyes. Sanyukta rested her head on his shoulder, her lips brushing over his neck. She felt his arm grip her even more tightly.

This small action made her smile. What she was doing was probably wrong, because despite knowing of her effect on him and his wish to stay away from her, she was trying to get closer to him, but she couldn't control herself.

She knew, from the bottom of her heart, that if he accepted her back, she would never hurt him, so she kept doing what she did. She knew that his true happiness was with being with her, and she wanted him to realize that too.

She removed her head from his shoulder and looked into his eyes again. He moved one of his hands up to stroke her cheek gently, seemingly mesmerized by her as well. His finger swept across her cheek before moving down to trace her lips.

She closed her eyes, feeling her heart start to beat faster as he leaned down and let his lips linger a few millimetres away from hers. She clutched his sleeves more tightly as his lips brushed over hers gently.

Her chest was pressed against his, and she could feel his heart beating as strongly as hers was. Entangling her hand in his hair, she pressed her lips on his with passion. Her other hand found his cheek as he deepened the kiss, opening her mouth with his.

Suddenly she wanted to get closer to him, as close as was humanly possible. Her body was burning with desire and she could feel Randhir's desire on her body too. His hands ran down her back, holding her against him.

It was all too soon when Randhir broke the kiss and turned around, leaving the nightclub. Frightened by his change in behaviour, Sanyukta ran after him.

"What are you doing Randhir?" she yelled outside the club.

"Get in," he ordered, opening the back door of the car for her.

She entered and scooted over so Randhir could enter the car beside her.

"Home," Randhir told the driver impatiently.

Sanyukta glanced at Randhir, unsure of what it was he wanted or what he was even thinking. He placed his hand on her leg, making her body shiver with excitement. She moved as close as she could to him and placed her hand on top of his, lacing her fingers through his.

If the driver wasn't there, she was sure that they would have crossed all their limits in the car itself. A part of her was glad that the driver was there - even though she was getting restless too - because teasing Randhir was fun.

Once they reached home, Randhir took her hand and lead her straight to his bedroom. He locked it behind her and started to place kisses on the exposed part of her back and shoulders. She bit on her lip, holding back the moan that was on the verge of escaping.

Then suddenly he let go of her and turned around, folding his arms.

"This isn't right," he said.

Sanyukta's mouth fell open, disappointed. "This is not right? What do you mean this is not right?" she yelled, forcing him to look at her. "I love you, you love me. It's completely right."

"Sanyukta it isn't a matter of love," he yelled back, looking at her with fury in his eyes.

He grabbed her shoulders with force and pushed her against the wall, his face close to hers.

"What is it about then?" she whispered, feeling her knees go weak, and finding it hard to even talk in his presence - especially when he was so close to her.

"Let me tell you what it's about," he said angrily, holding her arms tightly.

Was that a surprise? Sorry for the ending... next chapter will likely be rated mature. So that's a hint of what's to come. And no, Randhir and Sanyukta's relationship problem will not be fixed this quickly.
