it is shakti for me.She was awesome and she deserved those scores. I really liked the choreography and it was intricate. May be judges should have given her 39 instead so that she would work harder. I felt akshat's choreography was messy and he is still a kid and he has a lot of things to learn and improve. I think he is overrated, even his 1st weeks performance have some minor errors.
