It starts with the same scene… Kkusum dreaming that Abhay passed away… She sceams "Nahi!, Nahi!"… She goes and looks at the family members standing in the hospital… She looks at Nitika and thinks how once Nitika came to her and said that she was going to a party and asked her if she had designed anything new in diamond that she can wear… And back to the present, she sees how sad Nitika looks now… Then, she looks at Kapil… She remembers the time when Kapil was happy and had told her that it was because of her that they were saved from suffering a huge loss at work… And back to the present, Kapil looks very sad… Now it's Arundati's turn… She thinks how Arundati once told her that dinner was ready but Kkusum has to make gulab jaman… Back to present, Arundati looks sad and upset… Now, comes Nitin… She recalls Nitin and Sarla saying that as long as Kkusum is there, nothing can happen to Abhay… Kkusum is really upset…She thinks that they all trust her so much but she cannot do anything…
Kkusum comes to Mahi… She calls out for Mahi… It is raining… Mahi comes outside and welcomes Kkusum… She says that she was sure Kkusum would show up but she didn't know that it would be so soon… She asks her what she should call her, Kkusum Deshmukh or Kkusum Abhay Kapoor… Mahi says that whatever it is, she is at her place now… She asks Kkusum if she remembers that she insulted her in this house and threw her out… She asks if Kkusum remembers what all she did to her… She says sarcastically that it is odd that Kkusum came to her, at her place today… mahi says that she very well knows why KKusum came to her but still she wants to hear it from Kkusum… Kkusum looks helpless…She is crying… She says that she is there because she needs Mahi's help… Mahi asks her to repeat what she said because she can't hear her properly due to the bad weather… Kkusum again asks for her help… Mahi says how come Kkusum needs help from Mahi… She asks her what happened to her self-respect… She says that she thought Kkusum came there to challenge her that she will not let her meet Abhay and will throw her out of the Kapoor house… Mahi says that when a person is going through bad times, they can do anything… mahi asks how much money Kkusum needs… Kkusum asks mahi to do something to save her husband... Mahi says that he is her husband too… she says that Kkusum should ask her to save their husband's life… Sh asks Kkusum to say that… Kkusum says that she has lost… She folds her hands and asks her to save Abhay's life, 'humarey pati ki jaan bachalo'… Mahi is very happy… Mahi says that she does not understand anything… She says that as far as she knows, if someone asks for something, they have to beg for it… Kkusum is shocked… Mahi asks her to beg if she wants to save Abhay's life… KKusum thinks of Abhay getting the attacks… She goes in front of Mahi, and kneels down, and begs Mahi to save Abhay… Mahi gets hysterical and says that she is so happy today and she is enjoying a lot today.. Mahi lifts Kkusum's chin and says that today she has broken her self-respect and her pride… Mahi says that she has won today and therefore she can ask for anything… mahi says that she is so happy today and she says 'tumharey Abhay ko kuch nahi hoga'…. Kkusum gets up and is about to leave when Mahi stops her… She says that whatever Kkusum has asked for is so big that KKusum will have to pay for Abhay's life… Mahi asks for Kkusum's mangalsutar… Mahi just takes it off Kkusum… KKusum asks her to give it back… Mahi asks what will she do with it if Abhay is not alive… Mahi says that as long as the mangalsutar s with Mahi, nothing will happen to Abhay… Kkusum turns around to leave… Kkusum title song going on in the background…Mahi laughs and says that this is what she wanted…
Kkusum goes to pray… She says that she had to leave her mangalsutar with Mahi…She says that she had taken saath phere with Abhay and among those saath phere, one was to take care of Abhay… She prays that Abhay gets well soon… Kkusum is crying a lot…
KKusum goes to the hospital… Sarla asks her if she brought some money… Kkusum tells them that someone stole the money from her… Everyone is shocked and upset… Kkusum tells them that Mahi will pay for Abhay's treatment… She tells them that she has given her Abhay to Mahi… Nitin, Sarla, and Kapil are shocked… Kkusum is crying… Arundati asks her where her self respect went now… Kkusum says that her self respect is not as important as Abhay's life… She says that atleast Abhay will live now… She says that she did this because she thought this was best for everyone but if they think she did anything wrong, then they should forgive her… Arundati smiles sarcastically… Kkusum says that if Abhay's life is saved by bending in front of Mahi, then they should support her… Mahi comes there and says that Kkusum is right… Kali comes there too… Mahi says that there is a lot of difference between her and Kkusum but they have one thing in common--- they can do anything for abhay… Salra asks her to leave… Mahi says 'Sasuma, why are you trying to ruin KKusum's sacrifice… She has kept her mangalsutar girwi'… Sarla is upset and so is everyone else… all have tears in their eyes… Mahi asks them if she can take Abhay with her now… She says that problems will keep increasing if abhay stays here longer… She says that she has nothing against anyone there and if they want they can meet Abhay any time they want but without Kkusum… Kkusum is shocked… Mahi and Kali leave… Kkusum ask them to go too since Abhay needs them… Everyone cries… Title song is being played in the background… They show the nurse taking Abhay on the stretcher… Kksum looks on… She thinks that the time when Abhay need her the most, she is not with him…
