Adi will be the culprit/Mihir savior

I think the accident was caused by Adi, he feared and drove the car away, which was seen by Mihir or somehow Mihir comes to know that Adi caused the accident. So Mihir takes the car from Adi and gives it for repair. When Ishita called the person who was with Tandon, he did not take the call(it was Mihir). Eventually, all the fingers will point towards Mihir. But actually Mihir is saving Adi from the case. This my POV.

May be mihir's sim is registered under raman's name as mihir works for raman in his company!! It's just a possibility !!

Seriously? Why would Mihir save Adi? He's so mahaan he'd save Adi, taking the blame on himself? Fine, Adi is probably your nephew, but seriously, he wouldn't get in much trouble anyways by law, he's just 11. Anyways, I'm sure that either fingers will be pointed at Mihir or Mihir actually caused the accident. =/
