Heard she is doing smaller role in haider and have one in ek villain.
She is decent looking with no x factor.
An average actor at best.
So how long before buzz around her due to aashiqui dies and she fade into oblivion.

Why would she fade? If you are saying her 'average looks' and average acting is what is going to be her downfall I would just like to say how have actresses like Alia and pari been so successful so far? And actually in comparison to these two.. Shraddha is better looking and both Alia and pari IMO really aren't any better than her in terms of acting!

Anyway point is shradda has mediocre acting,a beautiful face and a famous father there's no reason for why she will fade.. She just needs to like, her contemporaries select the right films and roles!

some of my friends said da same thing after watching ashiqui2 dat she does nt have X-factor..and is nt dat pretty...lets see if she becomes one hit wonder, or succeed to sustain her position In BW..

I dont know about Haider but m 100% sure she has a major role in EV,as important as Sid and Ritesh.,though the trailers are giving a vibe that she has a flowerpot role.I honestly dont think she will fade into oblivion like Amrita or Ayesha...the latter two entered the industry at the wrong time...they never got casted opposite Khans or HR who were at top.SK has come a right time,she will get many movies opp young brigade

to me, She just started her career...and its too early to say anything. She does have girl next door type of image/charm so it may click with the audience or not. time will tell.

why would she fade

and she has just done 3 films...one needs to give her time to know what all she has and what all is she capable of...I don;t think she has a flower pot role in #EkVillain...Haider is deffo going to be more about Shahid (having known the book) but then she is doing ABCD 2 as well

I personally think she is absolutely gorgeous, very easy on the eyes

But unfortunately she is so boring on screen, but I think she will last long due to her looks, has pretty good connections and fan following. Even before Aasqui 2 she had a pretty good fan following for some reason. I won't count her out just yet
