Okay , I get it that judges won't give 10/10 that easily and 9/10 may be considered fair for Ashish as his first performance was amazing . The hardwork and dedication was visible plus Shampa proved her feat by giving the right choice of choreography .
But why did Kiku/Palak get 9/10 . His performance was good but according to the standards of JDJ ,he should have got 8/10 like most of the performances . He is here for entertainment but its really unfair for other contestants of this continues to happen .
I am neither an Ashish fan neither a palak hater , but what is unfair is unfair . JDJ people should concentrate on dance and marks should be given on the bases of the same .
EDIT : I am not here to defend Ashish or say that Kiku didn't deserve 9/10 as Ashish got the same . Yes I found Ashish's act better than him but if Kiku got 9/10 , even contestants like Puja and Mouni deserved the same score. They were pretty good too.

Kiku : Well he was very flexible in terms of dance.. the concept might not be new...but kiku did a great job in his first performance without a doubt. he was in sync with his choreo and the over all performance was entertaining.

Ashish : the concept was new for sure. hard work is evident but he lost sync in places and confidence level was low compared to many participants. he seemed to be struggling some places but for a starter i feel he did an awesome job as a non starter.

so ya the marks are justified if we take account the whole thing into consideration. both deserve to get 7 to 8 not 9 for sure...

Not same standards.

I am just saying what I observed.

Not a fan of any of them too.

Ashish - Shampa 's Hologram concept is difficult. They have to match with the images but IT IS NOT A ONE GO ACT! They did it many times, mixed it and presented it. There was less of dance.

Palak - Kruti act was simple and easy on eye but it had more dance and 'fast illusion' concept was used which was never seen before.

They wanted dance n never seen before concept and it was more in Palak's.

Ashish's concept is amazing. He got the marks for that only! There wasnt much heavy dance or difficulty in dance.

They give 9-10 so easily that later we don't see the difference between a great dancer and a good dancer. I don't think Palak deserved a 9. 8 was fine.
They should really stop giving 9 and 10 so easily because I don't want to see an excellent performance getting same marks as a good performance. 🤢

I agree. Also, the judges should not give out 9s this early! They should save high scores for the future performances!

I think Sophie and Palak's performance was of the same standard ...they should've scored Palak same as Sophie ..or Sophie higher!

Lastly, i wanna watch KIKU dancing ..not his fictional character Palak ..and trust me Kiku is a fabulous dancer!

I found Kiku to be average n Ashish's act was defo innovative and he did well. But what's more shocking is that Sophie and Pooja who gave better performance in terms of dance got so less 😳 They deserved a 27.

Kiku is a good dancer , I have seen him in NB too but I really didn't find anything innovative there as far as dance is concerned . I personally felt it was sort of monotonous . And there was nothing new in dance too . But yeah a good feat overall
I personally felt Ashish and Mouni's act were the best yesterday .
I am not saying Kiku doesn't deserves 9/10 just because Ashish got 9/10 . All I wish to say is if he got 9/10 , then contestants like Puja and Mouni too deserved 9/10 . Their performances were pretty good too . :)

Yeah the concepts of both the performances were different . But personally ,I found Kiku's dance a bit monotonous and the dance was not innovative according to me . But Kiku was pretty good and i agree on that part
As I said in the last comment , I am not saying Kiku shouldn't have had got 9/10 because Ashish got the same . All I wish to say is even Mouni & puja did a fairly good job , and they were pretty good as first timers . So if Kiku got 9/10 , Why not them :)
