Even if EV is a half decent film, it'l do well at the BO..Mohit doesn't make critically acclaimed films..However his characters always strike a chord and you feel the pinch despite all the flaws the script might otherwise have..And i believe the songs are pretty popular..A hit album is like half the battle won..So IMO, EV will defo be a hit..Whether it crosses 100 crs depends on how well the film actually turns out😆

Watching Suri's films over the years has made me realise that either his films are amazing or they suck.😆
Amazing: Zeher, Awarapan, Murder 2 and Woh Lamhe.
Suck: Raaz 2, Aashiqui 2 and Crook.

So Ek Villain will either be awesome or it will suck like hell.

Raaz 2 was legit good yaar. It was one of the scariest films in the Raaz series b/c Kangana did such a good job.

But I agree. It's a hit or miss critically, but commercially he's gonna score. Jodi has hype, music is good, and it's a hatke genre. So even if it sucks it'll earn money.

I think the movie will survive based on how large Siddharths fan base is. He's currently the only one getting promoted as the chocolate boy frequently in the mainstream media. Despite his poor acting skills

As for the actual story.

Ritiesh for me does not make a good Villian i actually find it comical and heard this film is taken from another so doubt the actaul plot will have any originality that is commendable
