Episode 311

KRVL are sad about their Vichu sir has resigned the job.Karthik tells to raji that he is a man of principles , caring person , professional and man of wisdom..Raji tells..vichu sir..is a perfect humanbeing who even did good to David..even though David did all the action aganist vichu sir.Lakshmi and Vishnu too feels very bad about vichu resignation.Karthik tells he cannot imagine anyone in Vichu Sir position and definetly Nettech will shutdown in 6 months without him..Raji tells Karthik to be calm and to see what happens.KRVL are sailing in same boat..

Lakshmi mother tells that she has decided to go to her home as she finds VL are unhappy.Lakshmi mother supports vishnu whereas lakshmi getting irritated by her mother words and tells her to give her peace and not to talk about vishnu and she has no place in his heart..Lakshmi goes off and vishnu thanks her for trusting her this much and lakshmi mother feels sorry for her daughter behaviour..

Karthik in Vichu's Cabin...Vichu asks why he hasnt given proper notice for taking 2 weeks off...Vichu tells him that his responsiblity are more and advice him to be professional.Karthik feels bad and tells vichu that he too decided to resign with him.As usual Vichu gives proper advice that he has long way to go in his professional life as this is his first job.Vichu advice to be careful after he goes as he might get trouble from COO , David and susan.Karthik goes with sad face..

KR in their bedroom night..Karthik still thinking about vichu sir resigning and feels bad..Raji consoles him..Karthik tells her that he is going to his bed as feel asleep..Raji tells him to sleep here itself..and their romance continues..

VL and David in Vichu room..Vichu is packing his stuffs like Books and a CD which has Illayaraja songs..David smells it and want to play the CD..As usual David gets nose cut and says he will never accept the farewell as he is angry with wicked people..VL cries and Vichu consoles them with smiling face..

Office Tuesday written update

Episode 312

Karthik in thinking mode sitting in the couch..Raji asks him the reason..doubts that she is the reason for his mood out..karthik denies that she is not the reason ..says that he is elated for he has got her as his wife and he feels complete and there is nothing to achieve for him in the personal life..But he is confused about where he stands in his career..and what is he going to do to attain his ambitions to do something for the society..Raji wants to shoulder him in all his ventures as both are equal..may be she is not that much aware of such things but asks him to teach her and they both can lead a life useful to others..[ipo edhuku sambandhame illaama indha topic pesaranga...next track ku edhavadhu lead ah irukumo..]Karthik accepts to include her in discussions about this topic thereafter..

Swetha talks to viswanathan sir about sales team issue..he suggests her that sales team need a commanding leadership and a strong self drive...tells her to ask CFO to think about this and find a solution for that..She discuss about Madan's idea with him..Viswanathan sir encourages commission based sales idea..Swetha requests Sir to be her mentor and adviser ..she says that she will talk to her dad to include him in the formal structure in the advisory board..Sir says that that can be decided later and she can talk to him anytime outside office..They part shaking hands..

Karthik comes to his old place..calls Raji in the intercom..Raji sitting beside him attnends the call..K keeps praising her beauty..both talk as unknowns..and continue their romance..K tells a kavidhai [..nice kavidhai..]Raji gets emotional..Viswanathan sir comes there ..invites KRVL for lunch .

Lakshmi sees vishnu's pics in her mobile...Hears avatha payya song...there comes Vishnu...laksh hurriedly closes the gallery..scolds Vishnu for playing that song..Vishnu tells her that he has understood his mistake and wants to correct himself..He says that she is not happy without him..the moment he feels that she can be happy without him he can leave her ..[KR dialogue😛 ]...He talks so much to make Lakshmi understand...but she sits still..Finally V asks her to decide within 48 hrs...Laksh asks if not what will he do nu...Vishnu says, laughing in his style ..he will give another 48 hrs...He tells her that he is sure that they will fight and rejoin again and again..and will get married and continue the same..

Viswanthan takes KRVL for lunch at nalas..[idha vita vera hotel ke poga matanga pola...Office crew oda aasthaana hotel..😉😆]Karthik says that he feels proud working with him.KRVL keep thanking him for all his advises..V sir says that it is the small world and they can meet again and work together..Karthik says that if it happens that will be the happiest thing..Vishnu asks him if he really likes them..Sir says that he was comfortable working with them..they are sincere team and that is the reason he is taking lunch with them..Raji shares her thankfulness for his advice to his father..and that is the reason she is still working there..Sir says that a good leader is not only the one who lives an honest and perfect life..but he is the one who engender such people.. Everyone gets emotional...Sir says that they have to think of the possibilities of how they can work together again..and not to get emotional..

Episode No:313

Raji comes out of her room and sees K reading newspaper in the dining table. She requests him to bring milk from outside which K refuses. R complains about his house helping skills, but when she opens the door, she finds that milk is not there. K then tells her that the milk has become coffee and pours it in a cup for her. R is elated and follows with a romance. K further says that he has made idli for breakfast :) R requests him to iron a yellow chudidhar for her. In the meanwhile, K gets a call - from R's mom. R signals K to tell her that she is not around. K manages but when he asks... R says she does not want to take call, when he is cut off from his family... Some more romance follows

Viswanathan calls Nancy and Mani (Nancy - now has a face to her name and My god.. Ivvalavu naal kazhichu. name continuity...👏). He thanks Nancy and Mani for their contribution. (Enakku ennamo.. Sir-ukku smiling face romba jaasthi aana maadhiri thonudhu... + ippadi nandri nandri nnu sollitte irundha, what happened to his relieving formalities)

Karthi is at the canteen - joined by Vishnu - trial comedy with Palani - They have tried to sync up this and the other serial (some one mentioned about Bharathi being the canteen guy)...

Lakshmi comes there - Karthik tries to give some sensible advice... but has a phone call and leaves... Vishnu is kenjing again... but L is strong in her decision... (nalla vellai.. KR kku kalyanam aayiduchu... )

Sir in the canteen. Palani anna comes there and asks the reason for leaving. Sir does not give any reason - Anna continues by saying that who ever causes harm will not be doing good.. Sir scolds him for thinking like that... and tells him his coffee is bad and hence might never get a contract. The FOURSOME come there (indha combination arthu evvalavu naal aagudhu... )

Sir advices and praises the team and asks them to continue like this, and cover for each other.

The Awesome foursome want to have a farewell party. Sir first refuses but then accepts for an informal party so that he can easily thank ppl who stood for him.

Karthik is standing in the reception, all concerned about Sir's resignation. R comes there and advices him. romance follows... Gautham comes there and irritates about the different farewell gifts for sir... K gets irritated and starts his angry young man role (hmmm ummm.. ellam inga kaatu... Oorla.. poona maadhiri iru) and goes to hit Gautham. Raji separates and takes him away...

Lakshmi brings bad news to KRV: Susan taking over as country head & Gautham as team leader.

Vichu cautions Sekar & David about the problems they will be facing after his exit.

Small convo b/w KR about sharing happiness & sorrows.

Vichu's (final) speech... Lakshmi talking to Raji & then Vishnu about something. 😉

Episode No: 315

Episode starts with a canteen scene. KR eating... Vishnu comes there and shares their food.. He looks undisturbed - doing some comedy. Lakshmi comes there and says sorry.. which Vishnu accepts. KR wants to know the reason for the sorry... Vishnu refuses to tell them, saying its inconsequential. K insists on knowing the reason and gets very tense.. Lakshmi says she is sorry for slapping him but she is sure that what Vishnu tried to do is wrong - touching her when she is alone.. K gets even more tense and assures her that V will not disturb her henceforth and leaves with Vishnu. K and V come to the reception area. V tries to explain what happened. K gets very angry and asks him to leave L. Raji comes there and tries to lighten the situation. K is still angry and says that its not as if L is doubting V. L does not like V and wants V to leave him. L passes by -all of them are very quiet... After that, V tells K that he is not able to leave L and walks out tearfully. Raji tells K that L loves V even more and thats the reason there is so much expectation and anger...

K is still standing in the balcony. R walks by and wants to know where V is. K is angry but R tries to tell him that L loves V and thats the reason for all the problem. Due to excess love, L has a lot of expectations and when they are not met, anger follows. R tries to make it romantic by asking him that he shud know all this since he is a romantic hero. Shekar and David walk in and are very rude to them. Shekar and David wants to know whether they are planning to leave the job. Raji says that they are not. More conversation follows and it ends by Shekar and David saying that they are planning to make his life difficult. K says that the test Sir has given him is to continue in this job. Shekar and David threaten them and Shekar asks David to have them change teams.

K and R walk into office and V is standing near K's cubicle. There is some other guy working in K's place (Indha passord protection ellam illaya? or has the entire computer been shifted to some other place?) All our very thoughtful since its Target project that they are working for and they are the initial members and know the requirements fully. David walks in and asks the new guy to sit. David informs him that K is on bench and that if he wants a new project he has to meet the new Delivery head, Susan

K goes to Susan's cabin and meets Nancy there. Nancy initially refuses but then speaks to Susan, who tells her that she cant meet K now and that the meeting is scheduled for next Friday. Nancy gives a time of next friday for 4 PM... (aana, indha continuity u shud appreciate... First scenes, it was a continuation of Sir's last date on friday.. and K mentions today as Monday.. Dir Ram sir... anga nikkureenga neenga :) )

Monday Episode 316

Raji Karthik Vishnu - trio discussion about karthik situation and how susan has changed completely. Raji ask what big bandha this susan upon getting new position. Karthik says this is not bandha - this is to torture him. Raji thinks and then realize what he means. If they give to much work on karthik - he will still be able to do everything without complaining. Instead by giving him nothing to do - it will not only annoy him but also will delay the current project his working on. Karthik says he will figure out what to do - in the mean time advise both Raji vishnu to get back to their seat before admin come and make noise.

Vishnu goes to canteen - laksh is there. He remembers karthik warning him not to follow laksh. He gets a cup of tea and sits on the opposite table with another girl. Laksh notices and pretends like not bothered - takes a mobile and pretends like doing something on it - same time takes few seconds peek at him 😆 Vishnu starts mokka podufying with the girl sitting on the table who knows vishnu laksh are not in talking terms and vishnu is sitting with her to make laksh jealous. Vishnu happy she is smart and both continues to laugh and try to annoy laksh 😛 Opps yeah she does get jealous 😉 After a while she gets up and walks away. Vishnu upset as laksh no feelings at all. But laksh comes in back - takes a glass of water and pours on vishnu head 😆

Karthik at canteen having tea - meets another staff who advise him to see susan and get back his work instead of going against them again.

Night time at home - karthik shows his frustration at work to Raji at night during dinner time. Raji patiently puts up with him. Finally karthik realize what his doing. Thanks raji for being patient with him. She tells him that she understand his getting restless with whats happening at work. But they need to be patient for now.

Karthik Raji Vishnu comes to work - gets to know many got promotions and bonus. But these 3 did not get anything. They check for laksh name and she too did not get anything. Karthik ask vishnu to call laksh - he calls but no answers. Laksh replies at susan room. Karthik not happy she is with susan now. He then decides to quit the job. Vishnu raji agrees to do the same.

Episode 317

Laksh in susan's room...Susan wants to talk to her about her performance .Laksh says positively.Susan asks her whether she had any idea why her promotion was denied..Laksh says that there were so many changes in the office and she lost her chance due to politics..Susan says that the real reason behind that denial was that she has not controlled her team mates.. she lost her commanding skills..But Laksh argues that her team performed well.[LAkash confronted Susan very smartly and boldly] But susan says that she could not recommend her for the promotion bcoz others may think that she is doing a favor to her team.Laksh says that she is very much disappointed and didn't expect that Susan will change like this forgetting her values..Susan now tells Laksh that she fought and got her promotion on 2 conditions..one is she will get her promotion confirmed only after 3 months..and the other one is she has to control her teammates within that 3 months and prove her commanding skill...Laksh with hesitation accepts the offer..she feels that it is better her team get her as a leader so that she can take care of them..She believes that her team will understand her situation...

KRV discuss about the happenings and about laksh getting conditional promotion ..Karthik and Raji feel that Laksh should not accept this promotion..but Vishnu says that it is better that laskh lead them instead of an unknown ..It will be easy for them to report to the known person.They understand that they are using their problem to separate them..KRV decide to stay united in this difficult situation..

Madan meets swetha and swetha confirms that sales team can do freelance sales..Madan insists swetha to call CFO and confirm in front of him.Swetha tells her decision to CFO..but he shows his discontentment..but swetha says that he can only suggest her his ideas but cant force her to take any decision..He warns her that he will resign..swetha agrees...But CFO backs up his decision..and leaves..

David in the canteen..KRV meet david..ask him about their promotion..He says that they have given promotion to the employees who worked for the company..Vishnu says that they also worked for the company...David sarcastically says that they worked for Viswanathan..Karthik interrupts that Viswanathan also worked for the company..David says that he worked against the owner..Raji reminds him that Viswanthan Sir has told him about their promotions. David asks them whether they got any mail or official confirmation about their promotions..They say no...David says since it is not in mail or in paper, it cant be taken as confirmed...He keeps on taunting them..company actually should have thrown them away along with Viswanathan..but spared them with mercy..Karthik says that they will resign if promotion is not given..David cooly says that they are welcome to leave...Asks them to send a sms or if they wish they can continue...

Lakshmi is standing in the terrace looking at Vishnu's photos. She receives a call. She calls back and Vishnu picks up. Lakshmi says that she got a missed call from Vishnu. Both keep the phone. Vishnu dials again. Vishnu does not know how to continue the conversation. He accepts that he gave the missed call since he was not sure whether she will pick up. He congratulates her for her promotion again and again. He becomes very emotional... He says he still loves her... He feels sorry for what he has done... and feels sorry for having distressed her... He says he cannot be happy without her...but he says she doesnt have to accept his love and keeps the phone before she can answer. {L is crying and looks like she wants a patch up.}

Karthik and Raji at home... Karthik does not want to come to office. Raji advises him well and asks him to come to office. K says there is no respect, motivation or satisfaction. Finally, Raji convinces him and asks him to get ready. K asks Raji to wear a saree.. initially she refuses but later agrees but says some one next to her might keep seeing her. K ditches the plan... and then thanks Raji for recharging him during all the crisis times..

Madhan in the canteen calling the sales team. All 4 of them put mokkai (ippavuma!!)... Madhan explains the incentive based work but 4 of them refuse. Madhan says he has also moved to sales and tries to infuse confidence. The sales team get serious and says that they have been trying for a job unsuccessfully. Now, all 5 of them gather and decide to succeed.

Karthik in canteen... Raji comes to meet him. K and R have romance with K saying that he still loves her and give her a chocolate... K says that he forgets all this problems when he is with her. Raji says its the same for her too. K is holding her hand... Susan is looking at it... K says after marriage his love has increased and that their marriage is after a lot of problems and what she saw till now is only promo!! and the main picture is yet to start...:) Raji tries to leave saying that his route seri illai... Susan observes this with a lot of anger...
