Friday Updates, 13 June, 2014

Episode No.320

Shekar is talking on the phone. Susan taps and walks in. She tells him that Target client called up and asked to start the job. Shekar tries to put Susan down and tells her that Sir moving away is not a loss to the client. Susan says she has lied to the client saying that Sir is on a month's leave. Target wants confirmation from Sir before starting. Shekar shows his incompetence in management by asking Susan to manage everything and not come to him. Shekar is for lying to the client and does not want her to come to him for decisions. Shekar shows his anger and arrogance and asks her to work and make it a success (atleast here, he says success or failure is ours.. He does not say success or failure is yours)... Finally he threatens her about her promotion and says her promotion will be taken back if she does not perform (Gautham-a aakiduvangalo??)

Madhan and Sales team scene...Again Madhan giving pep talk...and they plan about selling computers to colleges... The CFO comes there and they tease him. Finally, they agree to do sales! (So unprofessional... to tease someone like this!!)

Lakshmi comes to her place and does not find her computer. She asks someone, who tells her that she can complain to Susan, who is in a cabin next to the board room. She enters that room agitated and then there is a blast and shower. Raji, Karthi and Vishnu comes out and congratulate her for promotion. L initially does not understand but later asks if such a celebration is necessary. K tells her that in the current condition, something good happening is very difficult so they decided to celebrate the small things... Raji elucidates the advantages of having a room. Vishnu professes his love publically ;) and says he is very very happy. L is all happy and smiling. They decided to go out for lunch but L says its not a treat since she is feeling guilty about having a promotion when they have not got it. All 3 of them tell her that they feel happy and are sure that she deserves it.

Raji sitting in the cubicle, all sleepy. Vishnu teases her but R says she left at 12.30 from office. Vishnu and Raji scold Susan and her bad ways... the middle seat now is empty!!... Susan comes there and says that the presentation is average. Susan says that the demo is very poor.Raji says that Sir has approved of this. Susan gets wild (Vishnu's counter and expression here is very nice) She says Target has given them more requirements and wants a presentation based on those requirements too. Raji wants a week for to prepare..but Susan wants that presentation the next day for all managers at 4.00 pm.. Susan leaves... Vishnu and Raji are shocked

Monday Updates Episode 321

Laksh comes to office - avatha paiya song plays from Vishnu table. She walks to him - vishnu face sad eyes closed. Laksh feels for him and about to leave when loosu Vishnu laughs and salute her good morning 😲😆 She ask if he was pretending like sleeping - vishnu says he was but woke up when she came near. Laksh tries to leave but vishnu wants to ask her few questions. She answers and he tells her that from her answers its obvious that she still loves him. Laksh walks away.

Raji late night working in room. Karthi wakes up and ask what she is doing. She tells him about the presentation and karthik gets annoyed. Both are aware for now they can't do anything. Karthik ask her to continue her work while he goes and gets her something hot to drink. Next day both gets ready to work. Raji looks tensed and karthik calms her down.

New character intro - not sure what his postion and not sure of his name but for now me calling him Kuruvi thalae 😆 his hair reminds me of bird nest!!

Laksh comes and introduce herself but he seem to be little rude and tells out all sort of his expectations for her team. Laksh mind voice super at this scene.

Raji arrives late at presentation. Realize there is no charge on her laptop. Gets scolding from Susan who then ask her to just present without the laptop. Halfway Raji presenting - susan and kannadi madhu laughs at her. Susan insults her badly and Raji starts crying. Raji leaves.

Episode No:323

[A very effective scene]

Karthik enters Susan's room. Susan says he has to ask for appt or atleast tap the door before coming in. K is very irritated and screams asking her for explanation of why she did what she did. Susan refuses to answer saying that she need not give any expln. K further says that he had a lot of respect for her and that even when she joined the COO team, he convinced himself saying that sometimes, ppl have to do that to come up in life. But, now she is insulting ppl and ppl never forget insults.. He further says that if there is some one else in that place, that person will be slapped. Susan asks for expln. He says when Susan had a problem, he did the same to Koushik and Gautham (warre waah.. what a continuity in dialogues I say!!) Susan is very irritated and says he is just a programmer and he can be thrown out along with his friends at any point in time. K says that he is talking since he is still an employee - His friends and he are still here not because they cant get another job,... but because they have good feelings about the office. Susan says, from now on, K shud not call him by name but as madam and that any problems, he shud be talking to his seniors and following hierarchy...

K is in the canteen. Anbu and gang come there... They talk about their job as a free lancer and say that its worse than k's job since they get money only if they sell. - Somehow like them much better when they are with the main gang...

Bell rings.. Raji opens and K comes in. Raji asks what took him so long... K does not answer. Raji again asks... saying that anyway, u r not doing any job @ office and Karthik gets wild and stretches his hand to slap her.. Raji wants to find out if he has smoked and drunk. K gets irritated...and fights with her saying that she has not even bothered to find out what happened to him after he spoke. Raji feels bad and says sorry and asks what happened. He initially refuses to tell but later says what happened and finally ends with " pondattiye madhikka mattengara"... Raji feels sad and says sorry... K says, " Unakku mannippe kedayadhu.. Koranja batsham ooti vidu" and both leave...

K and R come to office.. They have to wait for 10 minutes since some electrical work is taking place..So, they decide to do some romance :)... Raji wants him to touch one of his fingers.. he touches her right cheek... ;)... After some oodal, she says she kept whether they will go to office or not.. K replies saying that there is no topic.. She has to stay there and do well in the presentation and be successful before they leave...

V trying to go out for coffee + dhum - gets stopped by security saying he needs permission from madam. V thinks its susan but its L. He rings up L and orders her to come there ;) L comes there and asks the security to go get files from COO. L explains that she has got complaint that he is not in his seat - expectation is 7 hrs but he is in his seat for 4 hrs. He has to not repeat this or he will not be able to continue working there...

Episode No:325

The Episode starts with a precap where Susan and Shekar are teasing Raji ...

Lakshmi is in manoj's room. Manoj gives Lakshmi his laptop and asks her to fix something. He comes around and starts staring at her...Lakshmi feels uncomfortable. Initially, he stands and Laksmi asks her to sit... He still stares and L suggests that she go to her place to solve it.. He says its all confidential and NOTHING can/ will go out of this room (He tries to double mean the dialogue). L is still uncomfortable.. and asks him to go home saying that she will take care. He insists on staying at office till she completes it. Suddenly V comes in with 2 cups of coffee (Semma entry). V says that even though Manoj might me genuine, ppl might mistake if 2 ppl are in office in the night alone and suggests that he also sit with them (The acting of L here is awesome.. the fear, helplessness and finally relief on seeing Vishnu). Manoj says we can look at it in the morning if its such a big problem and all of them leave...

V is sitting in the canteen and having tea. L walks in and V tries to leave. L asks him to sit and thanks him for helping her the previous day. She wants to know what prompted him to intervene. He says he felt odd. He further says that he usually stands in the Kannan shop and waits for L to leave. If L does not leave in the office bus, he follows the auto/bus, waits near her road and finds out from her mom if she has arrived and then leaves. L is emotional but says she does not want V to mistake her and that nothing has changed between them. L says that she is not able to deny the love that she has for him. ( Ippo ennanga prachanai????) V leaves saying he might cry anytime if this topic is continued and does not want to cry...

V is working seriously in his cubicle. K comes there and teases him about " working hard". V does not even lift his head and says there is a lot of work... K asks him to take a break for tea. V refuses and says he has to finish a lot of stuff. He comes to Raji's place and she is not there. When he is leaving, Raji walks in... K says he is very hungry and asks her to come along. She says she is just out of COO's room and says its not even 1. and that they can go later. He says we can go after half hr and is waiting outside. (yenpa.. bench-la irundha edhannu padikkalame... y this vetti sitting?) Both of them (VR) are working seriously and they break for lunch at 2.30. K is not there and his phone is switched off... Both feel that he might be very angry and hence might have gone home...

K is watching tv...( Y they dont show him watching Vijay TV???)... Raji rings the bell. K says that the door is open. R tries to reason out with him. K refuses to understand that R is so busy that she cant even spare 10 mins for lunch. He feels that VR are teasing him since he is on bench. Words thicken and they have a fight...

Precap: Manoj says there is a meeting that he wants L to attend along with him. He further says that if its late, we might have to stay there and asks her to tell her mom about the same...

Monday Updates Episode 326

Both raji karthik sleeping. Someone rings door bell. Raji goes to check - surprise to see her father. He comes in saying summa taan came to see her. Raji ask father to wait she will wake Karthik up. Meesai says no need - but Raji goes in. She wakes him up saying appa came - karthik ask so what? He will see meesai later.

Karthik gets ready to work. Meesai talks to him happily but karthik does not see his face just says umm umm only. Meesai ask him to wait and goes in - Raji ask karthik to get one hour permission - karthik says no cannot. Raji ask why cant he not like he has any work waiting. Karthik gets annoyed. Karthik leaves while Raji upset. Meesai comes out ask where Karthik - Raji says karthik got urgent call so he left. Meesai brought ring for karthik. Meesai says karthik does not seem okay - any problem between them? Raji says no nothing like that.

Office canteen - Vishnu Laksh and Raji. She tells laksh and vishnu about the fight between them. Laksh says pavam karthik. His already stress with no work. Vishnu says they did not do on purpose - they were given so much of work by susan. Raji says that is fine but karthik showed his anger to Meesai. Karthik comes to join them. Both fights again. In between fight Vishnu imagination : - Karthik feeding meesai idhli - meesai laying on his lap 😆 Karthik says he did not mean to be rude to meesai and says sorry. Raji wants karthik to call meesai and tell sorry. Karthik ask why should he tell sorry? Again both argues 😕 Raji in anger pours water on karthik 😲 (what is wrong with this girl??) Karthik leaves in anger. Raji regrets doing it ask vishnu to call karthik. Vishnu calls karthik but he does not answer. Raji is worried now karthik will show more anger to her father this (loosu loosu raji still only worried about father not the husband 😡)

Karthik comes back home - meesai ask how come back so early. Karthik says head pain. He then tells sorry to FIL for not talking properly in the morning - meesai says he understand as karthik might have something on mind. Cute chemistry meesai and karthik (omg i never thought would say this 😲😆) Karthik shares about office issue with meesai. FIL gives good advice to karthik.

Later both karthik meesai playing cards 😆 Raji comes back - happy to see them both. Raji looks at karthik who winks back at her. Raji ask father if he wants to eat anything she will cook. Father says no need as karthik made noodles for both of them. Meesai goes to take shower as karthik and meesai going for shopping. Raji Karthik romance starts 😆

Office Tuesday Written Updates

Episode 327

Karthik and meesai having fun time talking with each other...Raji calls meesai and Karthik for breakfast..Meesai asks Raji's age..She says she is 25.Then he asks Karthik's..He says he is 27..[ada pavigalaa...]Meesai says that age difference is less between them..they should have at least 5 yrs difference..Karthik says that only in earlier days it was like that ..but now a days even the same age boy and girl get married...in somecases boy is younger than girl .Meesai says it is not correct..He then starts about having grand children .Karthik supports him..says that he had already told raji about that.Raji asks ipo enna avasaram..Meesai says that his parents wants to see their great grand children..Raji warns Karthik to samalichify smiling with what meesai says..or else he will keep on asking about grand children.. Then mama mappilai tease Raji's samayal..

Karthik about to enter office ..Security stops him and asks him to show the ID card.Karthik says that he is not new to him and why is he asking for ID..Security insists that it is the order of the new management..He then asks him about in which project he works...and is allowed only to that floor ..and for those in bench have access to canteen, library, resource manager room and HR room alone..Karthik gets irritated and argues with security..He tries to call David and LAksh ..but couldn't get them in line.Security calls Laksh in intercom and tells her that someone wants to meets her.She asks security to make him wait in canteen as she is in meeting..Karthik with anger leaves from there..

Manoj calls Laksh to his room..tells her that she has to attend the meeting regarding Target project in Pondy..she may have to stay overnight..and asks her to come prepared.. Though she is hesitant.. she accepts to go with him.[promo scene]

Laksh tells KR about this Pondy trip with Manoj and asks their opinion..Karthik says that he does not like this..Laksh says that he is also talking like anyother men..But karthik syas that it is not like that..since Laksh herself doubts her decision she is asking for others' opinions..this itself shows that the decision is wrong..Karthik also says that he has not interacted with Manoj, but on seeing him he doesn't get good opinion on him..But Laksh brings in Vishnu Ranjani matter here and says that cant judge anyone by appearance..Raji tells her not to compare Vishnu with manoj..KR both tells her not to go..But Laksh confidentely says that she can manage any situation..and she being a project manager cant run away from such situations and has to face it...only then others will get confidence on her..On hearing this Karthik says that he doesnot want to spoil her confidence and asks her to go ahead..but to be careful..Raji also advises her to take all the necessary details about the meeting and the venue..

Karthik goes to meet Susan..She ingnores karthik and talks to someone called Prakash..asks him to send her minute by minute updates of the meeting..Manoj comes to meet her..She asks Karthik to wait outside ..She keeps an eye on Karthik and intentionally prolongs the meeting with Manoj..Karthik restlessly waits outside..Then she asks Manoj to send Karthik in..Karthik comes in..asks her the reason for not allocating him any project...Susan blames him for his attitude..says that no one is ready to take him to their team as they are afraid of his attitude..he is fighting with everyone and arguing with seniors...Karthik asks her what he has to do now..She asks him to change his attitude and to learn how to work in an IT office...and he has to change his image..she gives him the last chance to change and to prove him..to be true to his superiors..Karthik says that he understood and leaves her room with anger..

Episode No 328

KRVL sitting in the canteen. V starts off saying he is missing... Every one thinks its L that he is referring to. Finally, he ends with him missing Sir. They ask K to call Sir. K calls and Sir asks them to come over for dinner.

Sales team - trying to achieve target.

Vishwanathan Sir's home - Dashing K, good looking Vishnu, smart raji and beautiful Lakshmi... Generic meeting -all praising Sir. Sir praises his wife (Very humble.. works for Unesco...)..The pair looks cool and very nice :)... They talk about how they decided to marry.. saying that they were class mates but didnt decide then. They decided when he came to Bombay for a 5 day interview... and that she is a marathi ..They call each other dada and jiji...Finally jiji says that she is preparing dinner and says we can speak then :)

Susan in sir's cubicle. Karthik comes in...Apparently Susan has called him and asked him to compose all the clients for the last 2 years...and the project details... and asked him to mail it to her. She says he will not get a cubicle. He argues that he is a team leader and that this kind of documentation is not his level.She does not relent but then K finally warns her saying that she is not going in the right path.

K is doing this job. Raji calls and K says he is doing something but will come over to her cubicle. She come over and says y he accepted this kind of a job. He says may be this job is not even useful to her but she gets some ego boost by doing that... Raji advises him to leave the job... K looks on

scene starts with KR (omg continuity 😎

Raji gets mad and asks karthik to complain.Karthik replies they will say that they might say "we gave a job now". Raji feels bad .she says " instead giving promotion ,its like they demoted him" . she wants him to leave d job .karthik remainds komban's advise that they should be ready to work at any situation" . karthik says "lakhs got promotion so vishnu wont come out" ,we also can work here togather,until they can face the problem here" . Raji feals bad . karthik says "love is increased after marraige but the way we expressing it got reduced" . Raji atlast agrees unwillingly.

Finance team goes to meet komban at home without prior information. They complains about sushan .but vichu stands by sushan and asks them not to talk office matters with him in which he is not connected in anyway now.

sales team with madhan .sales team expresses their inability to get order .Madhan gets disappointed he wants them to be serious. They decides to meet another client which will decide their job.

Eskimo comes to meet vishnu.but instead he meets karthik. karthik makes fun of him.both have chit chat. Eskimo sees manoj and asks "why your company always hiring bad people ,first sushan ,koushik,goutham " now manoj" .

Eskimo saya to karthik that manoj is womaniser,he will spoil girls by taking them to pondichery" .karthik get shocked .

Karthik meets Raji and expresses his fear and reveals about eskimo. Raji wants karthik to say to lakhsmi about manoj and should stop her..karthik says"Lakhsmi may doubt this is just a prank by me & vishnu,so better you warn her" .Raji agrees. sushan calls Raji.Raji wonders "what torture she going to give now" .karthik & Raji feals bad for their mistakes.
