This looks ridiculous. Why are they even remaking it. Have they lost the ability to think up original scripts?

so Shaan will not work in India and is against anyone who does, but he has no problem in working in a remake of a very popular movie from India...hmmm😕

I actually dont mind or care...Arth was a great movie and would love to see our spin on it.

By remaking Arth which is a popular and recognized bollywood film..Shaan's trying to get attention from bollywood audiences with the intent to help our films expand. I'm sure by remaking such a bollywood film, a Pakistani film will grab some sort of attention across borders. Also, Shaan never said he despised bollywood neither did he degrade bwood films or the industry. People are unnecessarily exaggerating his words a little too much here. What he did say is that he would like our films to be viewed across the border just like bollywood films are allowed to be seen within Pakistan. This is just Shaan's attempt to possibly allow a Pakistani film to have a release within India just like it will internationally elsewhere. And, what better way to actually remake a popular bollywood film? I'm sure he bought the rights and everything in order to proceed with this. Lets see what happens.

Actually I dont mind the Pakistani spin on Arth, and I agree with what you said but I didnt like how he was targeting those who chose to work in BW...I honestly do not like our actors working there, because the role is never good enough...but Ali zafar has done good for himself and made a mark...if Ali wants to work there,, let him, shaan doesnt want to, Fine...why argue who is right or wrong...they are both mature adults who can make their own choices..so to me, it sounded a little hypocritical of him...thats my opinion...I actually like Shaan very much and I want our Cinema to grow and be loved everywhere.😊
