Once all the board members have given their consent to Jassi's plan, she has one more thing to add.
She describes a place called Kangra, in Himachal Pradesh—a small hill town having a tradition going back centuries. It is famous for the Pahari style of miniature paintings, and the weavers there have been trying to incorporate those into their designs, but without much success. Jassi suggests that Gulmohur takes this as their first project—to create a line of Pahari miniature designs, for their international as well as local markets.
Raj: Jassi, yeh itna aasaan nahin hai….wahaan ke local weavers ko contact karna, unka vishwaas jeetna…..iske liye Gulmohur se kisi aise shaks ka jaana bahut zaroori hai, jo unke saath achchi rapport bana sake aur unka confidence jeet sake…
Jassi: Tumne bilkul theek kaha Raj…..aur isliye, main khud Kangra jaungi……iss project ko start-off karne ke liye!
There is sudden silence as all eyes turn towards Armaan. He immediately burst out, "No!"
Jassi: Lekin kyun Armaan?
Armaan: Jassi, tum wahaan kyun jaogi? Hamari research team bhi toh wahaan ja sakti hai?
Jassi: Ja sakti hai Armaan….lekin negotiations ke liye senior management mein se kisi ka hone bahut zaroori hai
Armu glares at her for a moment, then says tersely, "Board members, I think aaj jo discuss hona tha, wo ho gaya hai……baaki ka plan main aur Jassi discuss karenge….the meeting is over."
They all move out silently, leaving JandA alone in the boardroom.
