Rajiv Khandelwal (Captain Rajveer of Left Right Left) has confirmed his exit from Left Right Left and termed the production house's version that he is not leaving the show as an old gimmick to give publicity to the serial.
When asked how long his track will last, the actor replied, "I need to rejoin the shoot for some more episodes. I think it will be just 15 days."
However Persis, executive producer of the show, had a completely different version. "I haven't heard the news. He is on a 10-day holiday and will be rejoining the shoot again."
She denied that there was any tension between Rajiv and Gaurav Chopra or production house. "He has been working with us for more than a year and it is always pleasure working with him. He is very professional and I do not know anything about this news."
"He will restart shooting from 1 June. There will be some fun and twists in the show. Further, there will be more entries in the show. But it will take time to develop the story," she added.
Sukesh Motwani, scriptwriter of the show also had something similar to say. "He is not leaving the show as far as my knowledge. He has just gone to Ladakh for leave. But we were having bank of episodes. So we didn't face any problem and now he will be rejoining shoot soon. There are no conflicts between Gaurav and Rajiv. Gaurav's entry is there just to add masala to the show. They are very good friends and, in show as well, they will soon become pals."
