whats up with this contract...this is the 1st time m seeing where terms nd conditions are announced after signing the contract...
here its totally diffrnt...indian contract act says contract is made by the LEGAL agreement b/w both the parties...nd if one party is forcing its TnC..it becomes void.. if does so...then the victim party can file the case of coersion...
when u dont know the basic cvs...how can u introduce such a complicated track...???
even if a party changes smthing...contract gets dissolved...

hii...i agree with u abt illogical thing bt i differ abtt he contract thing...here the parties are both college not the gang and college is agree with the term so i think u shld edit tht part...other than tht i agree

yes its clg...lekin agar agreement ke bad changes ho to contract void hota hai...then it dant matter ki both parties agree or not
