Lol Kjo wudnt have any issues...he approached Ranveer as lead for his dream project Shudhi then why wud he stop Alia from working with Ranveer? 😆..he wouldnt stop her from working with any guys who is bankable B.O wise

No reason. 😆 After 2 State's success, I saw many people wishing Alia-Ranbir, Alia-ARK, Alia-XYZ pair. But, shouldn't they take Ranveer's name after pairing him with Ranbir? Ranveer is as popular as Ranbir.

^Well, films are generally offered based on how bankable / talented a star is, not on the basis of liking or disliking them as people!

Which explains why Imran, despite being so likeable has no films and Ranveer, despite his OTT behaviour and annoying everyone around still has good films lined up!

Coming to the topic, why not? They are both young, single (or whatever) and very open to being linked to their co-star for publicity purposes...a producer's dream come true!

PS: Mogli, that's a cute new username you've got!😛 It sounds like a mix between a Kimchi (Korean pickle) and Chimichurri (Argentinian sauce)...so what is the story behind the culinary inspiration?
