A desi version of the ' Amazing Race', one of the most popular reality shows of the world, is on the anvil. The show sets off in one part of the world and covers the entire globe, till one of eight pairs reaches the finishing line. According to sources, the Contiloe Productions is the force behind these efforts and the show will go on Air in September on Zee TV. The eight couples have been approached to take part in the show and they include Chetan Hansraj- Kushal Punjabi, Rajeev and Delnaaz Paul, Tanaz and Bakhtyaar Irani etc. As a source working on the show reveals more about the show, ' The format is quite similar to Amazing Race, but there are more elements of adventure in the show. At the moment we are deciding on how to make the show more exciting and interesting. We will air the show once we have shot the entire race from beginning to end. We are looking at contestants who are ready to brave the outdoors, and go through the hardships to finish the race.' |
