Rangrasiya is the only show I watch in Indian channel and i think everyone is doing a tremendous job. Its aesthetically appealing and has convincing actors and plotline that makes for good fiction.
Its strange that ashish mentioned in interview about giving full committment to RR while doing JDJ maybe to just answer some murmurings that somehow the show may suffer due to his being a part of another show. I have seen some fb and twitter doubt's too. Its professional nd candid of him to comment but he doesn't owe an explanation as such. Knowing a little of the industry, most creative people do their best work at a peak of their career when they are young and do many things . It somehow feels invigorating when you do something you really love . From the into it sounds like he wanted to make career choices that would give him some wings , so all power to him to showcase all his talents in any platform he wishes. We cannot assume what he has to sacrifice to get there but he sounds like a guy with a cool head and a consummate professional.
Statistically speaking in the past seasons of jhalak dhrasti, gurmeet etc have done justice to their hit shows and JDJ and we can only hope same happens with ashish participation. In the promos he looks like he enjoys dancing and in RR his acting speaks . So all power. He may get a lot of flak from people who don't watch RR anyway since it his non Colors and jhalak is a colors show.

Thanks for sharing the article.
