Sonam outshines Blake at Cannes

While Kapoor wowed the paparazzi with her experimental sartorial choices, Lively took the tried-and-tested Gucci route

We aren't surprised. Sonam Kapoor has emerged to be the undisputed red carpet empress on the red carpet. From frothy Elie Saab gown to diaphanous Anamika Khanna sari pants " Sonam's each look was a study in perfection. Superimpose the couture flawlessness with impeccable make-up and hair " it's no wonder that the stylissma was lauded for her sartorial picks on the red carpet with the international press giving her a perfect 10.
Femme fatale Blake Lively (despite her hot accessory " Ryan Reynolds) lost the steam in front of the Indian Princess " Her Chicness Miss Kapoor.
Blake looked great in a slew of Gucci gowns, but isn't red carpet today more about decoding new fashion rules and breaking the existing ones.
Huffington Post gushed, "Forget Blake Lively "Sonam Kapoor is the belle of the 2014 Cannes Film Festival! The 28-year-old Bollywood film star has been heating up the red carpet in showstopping looks that would make Cate Blanchett go green with envy." Full marks to sis Rhea Kapoor who did each look complete justice. Tour de force!

WOW I cringed while reading this, the most pathetic comparison ever 🤢👎🏼 Sonam's PR needs to get her facts right!

First of all Blake didn't only wear Gucci, 2ndly so what if Blake did repeat gucci label Sonam did repeat Elie Saab also. Blake looked amazing in all her outfits, it doesn't matter that some were gucci because the outfits were different with different colors and she had different hairstyle make up and accessories.

It's really ridiculous how this article has just used a person's opinion to state their crap as a fact.

Blake did impress very much and was one of the FEW best dressed and all her looks were amazing.

I know just look at Cate omg I love her Armani Prive outfits but that Givenchy gown is so beautiful especially the details.

And her Valentino gown was so stunning

And her Armaani gowns are really gorgeous

Sonam did look gorgeous this time. I liked all her appearances this year. Loved her makeup.

If they didn't brag, avoided Blake comparisons. I could have liked the article fully.
