Anurag Kashyap's Ugly to release in August?

Anurag Kashyap's next film Ugly is going to be in theaters very soon. A source close to the director claims that The Bombay High court has refused to grant any interim relief to the filmmaker, (Anurag Kashyap had filed a petition in the court in December 2013 challenging the notification making mandatory an anti smoking disclaimer during the smoking scenes in his film Ugly). Now he's planning to release the film in August. He was planning to go to the Supreme Court but someone has filed a PIL on the same issue. Anurag Kashyap said, "High Court has told us that they can't give decision on this issue because this matter is under Supreme Court. But we tried our best. Now the person who has invested money in the film, he wants to release it. So we have to release it. We can't be selfish." Anurag Kashyap's Ugly is a psychological thriller. It was screened in the Directors Fortnight section in the Cannes Film Festival in 2013.
