Aparna, I think a little bit of detailing would have helped.
Only if she had taken two minutes out before leaving and told Amol why she needs to leave, and also that she might need to stay there for a few days, it would have helped a lot. That way Anandi would have come across as a balanced and responsible person. She can scold Shiv so much for forgetting, but can almost make similar mistakes expecting Amol to understand.
Also if she was not planned that she was going to live in Jaitser for more than a day but suddenly made up her mind in jaister, she should have then called Amol just to let him know. Instead of Amol calling her.
Particularly in the last incident, Anandi came across as a person for whom following DS wishes became more important than looking into needs of her child. The built-up prior to her leaving KB was such that her staying back in jaitser didn't come across as justified.
Her son was once kidnapped, once forgotten to be picked up, was yearning to be with both his parents and was making efforts to re-unite them. Amidst all this Anandi could see only dadisa's pain, not her son's. Hence a convincing detailing was required by Cvs.
Anyways, to be honest my problem is not with Anandi leaving Amol with his grandparents in order to attend her maika. It is the way she left and yet it is only Ira who is being blamed for being careless and then it gets connected to apna khoon paraya khoon, which I feel is unfair on Ira.
