Clearly, this flat was more important to her than her self-respect, this is a case of an extremely greedy woman who went to such an extent to achieve her goals, and when they never materialised, she is slapping rape charges. They basically used each other to get what they want.

Yep exactly. Casting couch was the first thing that came to my mind too. This is fraud not rape. Or like TheBoss says, if you're gonna call it rape, you could just as easily call it prostitution since she did offer him money AND sex. I don't understand why people automatically victimize women.
@BI: Statutory rape is a whole another ball game.To be honest most statutory rape cases, I don't consider rape at all. I don't see how an 18 year old is so different from a 17 year old but the law says otherwise. I agree with dealing with it on a case by case basis. Statutory rape cases shouldn't be dealt with by the book, IMO.
