Salman Khan to do Shuddhi?

If the latest buzz is to be believed, it is none other than Salman Khan who has been finalized for Karan Malhotra's much ambitious project Shuddhi.
According the sources close to Salman, the reigning superstar is yet to be signed on the dotted line but, things look positive as he is very excited about the film.
Initially, Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor Khan were to play lead roles in the film, but both backed out. While, Hrithik's bad health was the main reason for this extreme step.
In fact, at one point of time, Hrithik looked indispensable though, the role was offered to Shah Rukh Khan and later Ranveer Singh too.
Now, however, Salman is the latest name to have cropped up who will most likely become the leading man of the film.
If everything goes well, this time, the producer of the film Karan Johar and director Karan Malhotra will go on the floors by the end of this year.
Meanwhile, Malhotra is concentrating on the remake of Warriors which will have Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra playing lead roles.
