The idea that so called love will change a guy is ridiculous. Avantika knew what kind of life he led. She herself was surprised when Durga talked of marriage. So that clearly shows she was not expecting Shaurya to change or thinking she had changed him!

Its riduculious but its true;infact u can see some people still hope shaurya could be positive ; .Avantika knew the kind of life he led but she could see him doing social work ;and she called him he showed as if he loves her but its just that he was busy so these instances are more then enough to make believe he is changing in her love.A person who is in love doesnt see logics like others do.

99% of girls have fallen shaurya s trap ;shaurya makes every gal believes he truly loves her ;her love has changed him.Except one nitya aka durga .Avantika just believed what he made her believe.Avantika represents 99 percent.One cant sympatise with avantika means one cant symatise 99 percent of girls fallen in trap of shaurya.

A final note on avantika s case ,why dont we understand the girl madly loved him ,nobody use logics in love.We are all aware of shaurya s antics of how he makes every girl believe that he is true love ,and if the girl tries to distance him ,then he will try more hard till the girl finally gets fully crazy about him.

The show itself is new. So I do not think people will take time to accept someone else opposite Durga.

When have Durga and Shaurya been shown as a romantic jodi? Never. He only wants to bed her, while she hates him and wants revenge from him. There was never a jodi to begin with that people will not be able to accept anyone else beside Durga.

They are slowly unravelling story, adding characters, so audience is open to be introduced to anything else.

For TRPs, I am sure this show will sink if they show lead falling for rapist of her sister! The whole purpose of the show will be defeated.

I agree the purpose of the show will be defeated if they show that kind of chemistry between the lead and the enemy of her own sister. The whole point was that a driver's daughter is turning the tables on a spoiled rich kid.

Plus, he's already drugged her and tried to take advantage of her inside a club so he can win his bet so I don't think a fake purchase of a book is going to change Durga's mind or heart about him. I think we would be laughing if at any point of time they showed that Durga feels he is changing.

I can understand why Raj would be proud but Sakshi and Durga both know better, they have women's intuition. Raj wants to think his son is growing up.

The whole scene where Shaurya and Avantika were playing with each other's legs was soo hilarious to me. He never even proposed marriage, she jumped the gun with it just like when she felt that his social work reflected a new mature Shaurya.

True some people's logic jumps out the window during love, but most people would not forget the impact of an assault case so easily, even if the guy was presumed innocent.

Yes true girls like us would naturally stay away from such person ;our families would keep us away from it but avantika type of people;their society ;their social gatherings;they family meeting ;they sit stand in different society unlike us;And plus dont we look up to parents;dont we consider them as our model ;her father played an imp part in proving him innocent.Will a girl doubt her father ;,why will her parents share strong bond with rapists family!We know what they are ;Some lawyers and close people but leaving them aside goenka have clean powerful image in society ;people wants to be friendly to them ;connect to them ;durga puja doesnt start before goenka arrive

If Durga's character has already started proving the lowness of their actions, it wasn't altogether unrealistic that he was a rapist. A lot of people didn't want to believe it because they arent used to shows portrying one of their main characters as a criminal and that too a charming one. A criminal with power and influence is still a criminal at the end of the day.

As the Goenkas start losing their social and political allies in the city, you will start to see a new side to Shaurya and his parents. Because they won't have much power anymore.

I mean, what would the Goenkas do if someone tried it with their daughter?
