Varun Dhawan n Yami Gautham New Onscreen Jodi On the Block

Here is the new on-screen pair of Bollywood! Yami Gautam and Varun Dhawan have been paired up together for a forthcoming revenge drama.

Yes! not a rom-com or a romedy, but a revenge drama! Director Sriram Raghvan, who has directed films like Ek Hasina Thi, Johnny Gaddar and Agent Vinod is planning his next -- a revenge drama.

The director has signed Varun Dhawan for the film. The actor has mostly done light-hearted films till now, and Raghvan's next will be a welcome change for him. It's heard that Varun's character is a bit complex one, and to play it would be challenging for him.

Yami Gautam, too, has been called on board to play the lead. The movie also boasts of an ensemble star cast including names like Huma Qureshi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Vinay Pathak.

Currently, Raghvan is doing recce for the shooting locations in and around Mumbai. The director has confirmed that Yami Gautam is indeed part of his new project.

Currently, both Yami and Varun are busy with their respective projects. Varun's next is dance drama Anybody Can Dance 2.
