I know looks are important..yahan par sabki dhajiyan udti hain for not being good looking enough..I believe looks might get you in but talent helps you sustain(that's the reason why we have a lot of bad looking actors)..I'd prefer watching a Konkona movie(who I think is gorgeous but she's not pretty enough according to BW) over a Sonam movie..and I'd respect a director who appreciates that fact..but to each his own
