The episode begins with Purab greeting Nandu who is not at all happy . He asks her if he was the partner she was talking abt , HM tells him that his contribution with Nandu's brains and her creativity would only benefit them. Nandu refuses them outright saying that he wouldnt fall in their trap esp with Purab in thier team. Purab walks towards him irritated saying that he wasnt even aware that Nandu was the guy suggested by HM and moreover he was not a person who needs to give him financial lalach . He also tells him that the offer was very good and he was getting good money for his services. Nandu refuses again that he valued friendship more than business and thats why he wouldnt work there with them , Purab replies that it was one thought both of them shared. HM explains to Nandu that it was good for the them if they joined hands and they should keep personal and professional relations aside.
Arman is furious that his plan failed again when Raj comes there. He asks him why he was irritated as they had more major issues to worry about. He shows him the newspaper with the latest news of Purab investing in IFH. Arman is shocked and asks if Jassi knows abt it . Just then Jassi enters and asks them why they were taking her name , Arman explains that they were praising her for handling Ruby Mom's issue so well, Jassi very sweetly tells them that if they all worked togather as a family , all problems could be solved easily. Raj and Arman agree , Raj slowly comes to her and shows her the paper abt Purab's deal with IFH and also mentions that Arman didnt want to tell her as he knew she would feel hurt. Jassi is shocked , she wonders how could HM do this to her when she knew what Purab did to her.Moreover she didnt understand why Purab was trying to reach her by getting to her friends, disturbed she goes in. She tries to call HM but no one picks up, she ends the call disturbed thinking that she wont be able to do anything as this was professional and whatever HM did would have been for the benefit of IFH and thats exactly what she would answer if she asked her but she wonders why did she have to do business with Purab. ( arre, why should HM stop from making a deal coz of Jassi's issues with Purab)
Both watch her go inside when Raj continues that this time Purab was trying really hard and he was looking at all ways to reach Jassi. He also tells her that he was so determined that he would sweep her off right from under their feet and they wouldnt be able to do anything. Arman asks him to be calm telling him very confidently that however hard he tries he wont succeed as Jassi's best friend was Nandu and he would always stand by her and he was the person they should target to succeed in their plan. Raj is thrilled, he agrees that their next plan should be to pataoo Nandu (oil) Verma.
Billo and bebe are worried that Jassi wasnt ready to go to the office yet and she didnt even come down to have her breakfact. Billo too gets worried esp since she was looking so lost since she came back from work the previous day. Just then Jassi comes down asking for breakfast, Nandu enters elated with a newspaper in hand. He asks her to come aside and shows her the business paper, Jassi is shcoked to see a headline of GM's new store opening news , she wonders how this was leaked to the media when no one knew abt it and it wasnt finalised yet. Nandu gets irritated and asks her to look beyond GM as there were other business news too, he gives her the good news that the company he had bought shares of, have tripled their profits and so their shares too have tripled which means Kohinoor hit a jackpot. Jassi is elighted, Nandu wants to tell her something else too but Jassi completely ignores him and asks him to tell it to her later as now she wanted to share this good news with Arman sir and how happy he would be hearing this , Nandu gets angry and asks her that she never took him seriously and why should she as he was sitting at home without work , he also tells her that nowadays she thinks only abt Arman and no one else mattered to her, Jassi feels a bit guilty but then rubbishes him saying that she thought og GM more than Arman sir and leaves saying that she would listen to his other news later. Nandu is not happy at all.
Arman is furious again abt the headlines abt GM and its new store opening. He is angry that the news leaked esp when they knew that they had no funds to start the store. He is very angry when Jassi enters , she wants to give him the good news but an angry Arman is in no mood to listen . She tries again and informs him that the stores could be opened as they had funds now , she tells him how Nandu smartly invested in the company whose shares tripled bcoz of which Kohinoor's funds increased a lot. Both Raj and Arman are delighted by the news, they praise Jassi for her smart thinking but Jassi tells them that the credit goes to Nandu and he was very smart and only he could do all this. Raj starts his 3rd plan by praising Nandu and even tells Arman that a brilliant man like Nandu should work for GM , Arman too gets the hint and goes ahead and tells Jassi that he would be very happy if Nandu works for GM . Jassi is very happy, she immediately decides to call Nandu abt it .
she goes to her cabin and calls up Nandu all excited. Nandu meanwhile tells her that he wanted to tell her something. Jassi ignores him again and tells him that Arman sir was so happy listening to the news and she had a suprise for him too . Nandu is irritated by Jassi mentioning Arman again and again tells her that he had an offer in hand and he was planning to take it . Jassi is very angry, she asks him why he didnt inform her , nandu replies that she didnt have any time for him moreover he hasnt taken it up yet and was thinking abt it and thats why he wanted to consult her . Jassi is still upset and tells him that he should have informed him even then esp such a big and important news. Nandu tells her that he was anyway bored sitting at home after finishing all Kohinoor work so he thought why not , Jassi angry tells him that it was a waste talking to him and as an employee of Kohinoor, it was his duty to inform her abt all this and ends the call .
Raj and Arman both with files in their hands overhear the conversation , Jassi comes out angrily almost hitting the both of them . They ask her what happened, she informs them of the offer, Arman in an attempt to impress her asks her to relax .and try again . Jassi goes back and calls Nandu and tells him that Arman sir happy with his performance was offering him something which was too gppd t believe , when Arman comes in and offers to talk to Nandu on behalf of her . Jassi pleased, hands over the phone, Arman starts talking abt how important he was to Jassi . Nandu already irritated with Arman asks him to hand over the phone to Jassi as he and Jassi could very well handle the problems themselves. Arman trying to please Jassi speaks again , praising him and his friendship with Jassi and advises that fights happen between friends and it would all be sorted out as he was there to help them solve their issues . Nandu this time gets really angry and tells him that arman thought he could fool everyone if he succeeded in fooling someđ . He wasnt Jassi who fell in his trap easily. He knew he had managed to fool Jassi but it doesnt mean that Jassi's friend would fall in his trap as well(wah, kya baat haiđ) . He again asks him to hand over the phone to Jassi , Arman in order to protect his ego pretends to be happy and once again tries to pataoo Nandu and tells him abt the offer in GM as he appreciated him and wanted him to work in GM along with Jassi . Nandu angrily rejects the offer saying that he already had an offer which gave him good money, position and good company as well and he too knew the company and announces its name , IFH . Arman is shocked and angry ends the call .
He comes out very angrily. Raj and Jassi ask him what happened , arman replies that her friend, the brilliant Nandan Verma rejected his offer moreover he was going to work in IFH now. Jassi is in disbelief , she tells him that Nandu would never do that and there must be some problem for him to take such a decision. Arman angry asks her if she really didnt know that Nandu was going to work in IFH , Jassi is surprised and tries to tell him that she really didnt know and there has to be some misunderstanding and she trusts Nandu and she was sure he didnt do anything wrong. Arman , inspite of Raj asking to stay calm, shouts at Jassi telling her she may trust her friend Nandu but he didnt and he accepted the offer only for one reason , greed. Jassi is upset and tells him sternly that if he didnt trust Nandu and he shouldnt be trusting her too and walks away saying that . Arman is shattered kistening to this and Raj too who is more upset that Arman ruined their whole plan by speaking without thinking abt its consequences. The episode ends on his shocked face.
Comments : great episode, I was irritated with Jassi too for ignoring Nandu again by saying that she would listen to him later as he would anyway be home and was more interested in giving the news to Arman . Way to go Nandu, the way he answered Arman was miondblowing and right on target. HIs dialogues were briiliant esp his telling Arman that he wasnt Jassi who would fall in his trap . Great going Nandu. Apu acted so well as the one who tries to pataoo but ends up enraged by the news and fear.
