Hello everyone
I read the Written Updates of DAK but I have stopped watching the show since the honeymoon- I just wanted to share my feelings with you: Even if the Santa Claus like Tao ji helps Urmi stand on her ground and fight back, it is still the wrong message as it would show that a woman cannot stand up for her rights on her own and needs a man as a support to do so...

Urmi should simply be strong enough, leave the house, ask for divorce and make a life of her own, regardless of even her own family views-There are surely laws in India which would favour the mother for the child guard!

And yes, we definitely do not need dramatic scenes like the mad guy asking her to drink the water that she would use the wash the shoes or the little boy to slap her mother to understand her torture so the CVs can stop this track and show a stronger "HER"

Very disappointed in this serial!!

Would love to hear your views

I'm exhausted from the anger and disappointment I have at this serial. Never in my life have I seen such nonsense. As I said previously it's been three years and that girl still stands there and takes the abuse!!! Poor her!!!! I'm so over watching the show so I just look at headings to see if there is a change. Not yet so it's still adios to it.

It would be wrong if Tau ji did everything for Urmi and she sat and watched. But as long as he only gave her some advice and she did everything herself, wouldn't it be okay?

hi Friends, this is the plight of many married women who are always been dominated by their husbands and in-laws. this show is not just making us aware of these situations but also letting us think that we should stop the person in the 1st time when it starts to dominate you else the situation would turn like urmi where there is no respect.
if you have seen yesterday episode it was good how tauji wanted to samrat to see his child behaviour when he says the exact words of his father to his beloved tauji and how in precap it is shown samrat shouting at his son for his behaviour. hopefully we would see samrat turning positive soon and urmi getting back her self respect in this very house.

this is just my POV, if any1 feels bad then i am sorry.

Hi all! Thank you so much for responding
I really understand your POV and indeed in all countries around the world, women are bearing with so much unspeakable atrocities

In this show, we see the girl as so spineless, helpless and bearing everything - The Tauji will now come in as "Superman" & help her and hopefully get things right but what about those women who have noone to stand for them...do they have to keep on bearing the things happening to them? That is why it would have been better to see Urmi stand on her feet by herself without anyone's help and get on with her life. Hence showing that we need to use our inner strength to correct what is wrong in our lives and not wait for a "Massiha" to come.

And personally I believe that even if the CVs end up making Samrat becoming positive, it would be even worse cos then that would mean you are saying to the women who are out there, it is fine if your husband and your in laws are bad to you as some day, they might repent, you will forgive and things will get back to normal.

In reality nothing is like this- so many women hoping for better days to arrive, end up getting killed or committing suicide!

I hope I have not hurt anyone by expressing my opinion

Cheers
