means you have to bury your bollywood dreams till three years before signing in a contract... you have to stay till the ends. even if story is crappy.. u lose interest... u cant eork on another show..

this is so bad. So much talent would be wasted.. Three years is too long and peak time for young actors and they will loose everything because of this.. These daily soaps are not even like weekly shows and you can do other shows, movies simultaneously.. You just get trapped in this and never come out.. And not to mention daily soaps sucks after first 7-8 months.. ALL OF THOSE

This is worsts thing..

^ Kanka this is how indian tv works.. see all the top rated shows are running since 3-5/6 years now.. they cant lose their lead.. its for their business :P but wish one day Indian tv will be seasonal like american shows which isnt possible coz no top GEC arent taking such steps... viewers would watch SP Zee Colors shows if they all together work on seasonal show! but none of them will take the initiative if they become sufferer...
