If tanveer is aahil's mother and she was married to Siddiqui saab at one point then wouldn't Aahil and Sanam be related somehow??

Siddiqui and tanveer didn't have any physical relationship

No...they never had children together.

But Tanveer was pregnant with Imran's (Najma's husband) child once. If Aahil is that child...then Aahil is Haya's half-brother.

I agree with you.Even i strongly believe Ahil is not billi's son.He may be her step son whom Tanveer might have married after the mass murder.And as usual she may have tried to kill him also.And Ahil might be thinking she might have killed him to save him from his father's abuse and worships her.Chances are there for Rehaan could be her real son otherwise why would she adopt him to the family.As we all know she is in jail but I doubt whether it is for mass murder
