In Gul's shows the leads are somehow connected , that is good for angst. Aahil is Tanu's son, Rehan will be paired opposite Haya so he can't be Tanu's son. Maybe Tanu gave her son for adoption before marrying gaffy and was Aahil brought up in a wealthy family, the same family that later adopted Rehan. Aahil must have initially struggled in an orphanage, had a very rough childhood and hence He has a soft corner for kids.Tanu must have kept tabs on his whereabouts and must have contacted Aahil and hence he came to meet her in Jail(maybe for the first time).

F32 called Rehan a left hand man... that means that maybe just maybe Rehan is grey?

Agree on Rehaan. Can be ruled out as Tannu's son.

But if the family has adopted Ahil, then adopted Rehaan, then why only Rehaan is mentioned as adopted.

My take is that Billi exchanged her son (KVB) with the real Ahil. Maybe, just maybe Rehaan is the real son of the house, whom they adopted, thinking he is billi's son.

Maybe we are in for a Farhan like twist, where Ahil is being taken for a ride by Billi. Her real son is someone else.

Depends on whom Rehaan falls for - Sanam or Haya.
