What’s Neelu’s secret?

Does any body know what could be the secret which Neelu told Alligh?

Had it been Ekta's serial, she probably would have been pregnant. but this is LRL, so I am not able to guess. Any ideas anyone?

even i thought of koi ekta drama line hoga but dan am not sure isliye abhi i cant tell nething anhin toh mera pachka ho jaayega...

When she was saying that the shaadi is very important for her and blah blah i thought that she is pregnant and I was like NO WAY! God save this show!!!!
