ENOUGH with the dumb and UNREALISTIC storyline

This show went to the dogs when the writers decided to show the girls grown up and they turned one of the most loved characters on Zee, Kamla, into this highly unrealistic mahaan excuse of a mother and human being.

And then the maniacal twists and turns like failing Kalpi and no one even questioning how that can happen, Neetu trying to kill Gauri at weird occasions (like throwing her off the temple hill, putting Gauri inside the carpet etc. etc.). Plus, the fact that Raghav has some personality issues is starting to get annoying (I know I may be offending some people here). I can understand he may have these issues given his experiences growing up. But, it's starting to get a bit unbearable to see Kalpi suffer at the hands of everyone, right from her own mother (intentionally) to Raghav (who does it unintentionally).

And now with the spoiler of Pakhi marrying Raghav and the ever so mahaan DUMBLA BAI giving her blessings.

As pointed out recently by a very well-known actor, daily shows have indeed stooped to a level to cater to the lowest possible denominator. Honestly, there is no scope for anything good coming out of shows where there is extreme negativity and the protagonist suffers for 500 episodes and its antagonists dominating 99% of the screen time.

And the message is truth wins in the end after the positive people suffer for 99% of the time. My foot.

Moral of the story
The winners: Negative characters
The losers: Audiences who get a horrible reward of crappy storyline and POOR execution. Sigh.

I am curious to know the name of the well known actor you mentioned. You can PM me if you wish.
But he is absolutely correct about the quality of desi shows in general.

The moment the lead jodi becomes a rage, CVs throw in romance. Viewers are busy hyperventilating and not thinking too much about story.
Having said that, I do believe EMA CVs are a whole lot better than some of the others I have come across.
But I have not watched the show from the beginning, my comments are based on episodes since I started watching, mid February onwards.
I myself have noticed things I found ridiculous but chose to focus on and enjoy Ragna romance.
The only option we have is to stop watching when we can't deal with the crap anymore.

Edit - even when some viewers are extremely unhappy with the story line, they continue to watch for their favorite actors or jodi. Been there and done that as well. Sadly. Channel doesn't care about content as long as the show is commercially viable for them. CVs, actors, PH dont care either as they have steady income coming in.

🤣 Ain't that the truth! Every single show shows this...the main lead gets tortured by all throughout the show, but near the end is when the villains suffer...It's pathetic!

I posted earlier today that CVs won't risk Raghav marrying Pakhi and incurring wrath of fans, loosing viewers.
So it was very sadistic of CVs to release that spoiler picture, that too on a Friday.
