No!

India as in country prefer woman to be white or in better words light skinned! African people, first are not Indian looking so chances of them being accepted is really less and second they are dark, if they agree to undergo huge transition, applying white makeup in tons then MAYBE they can be accepted

And likewise, India prefers man who are dark skinned or have medium complexion (my bad luck )

There are actors like Neil Nitin Mukesh, and Shashi Kapoor's son who tried their hand in acting but failed to charm audience...
