Chapter 3:

It was early morning in Mumbai, but as usual the Abdullah family always wake really early to finish their Fajr prayer.

Everyone in the house were walking about, some were in their room, getting ready, some were in the kitchen making the breakfast, some were in the gym, some were in the living room reading the news paper, some were enjoying the luxury that they got and some were sleeping soundlessly on their king size bed with their begum.

In the kitchen:

Surraya: ChandBibi where is Barkat?

ChandBibi: Surraya ma'am don't you think you should have asked about you other kids as well?

Surraya: Are you teaching me?

ChandBibi: No... leave it!

With this ChandBibi left the kitchen, she was sad, and she was sure that Barkat will make the Abdullah's life harder and harsher, but she didn't like thinking about it as it might come true.

In Zain and Aliya's room:

It was already 5am, Aliya always wakes up by then, but today she didn't, she was tired from all the scenes that happened yesterday. She was sleeping peacefully until she heard a husky tone speaking to her.

Zain: Aliya, aren't you going to wake up?

Aliya: Zain let me sleep! You talk too much!

Aliya was really sleepy so was Zain but he didn't show it, he held Aliya close to him, Aliya was not awake but could feel being pulled. She wasn't sure what was going on but she knew that she needed to hold onto something. She grabbed Zain's top and left her arm go across Zain's chest.

Zain: What the... I never understand this girls feeling, but... anyway need to get up now!

Aliya: Zain...stop moving...

Aliya could not finish her sentence; Zain pulled her on top of him. She was 1 inch away from him.

Aliya: Zain... what do you think you are doing? Let me go; everyone is waiting for me downstairs.

Zain: This is exactly what I was saying about 10 mins ago, Aliya leave everyone is waiting, but you weren't ready to listen, you were dreaming about our future kids.

Aliya: What non-sense???

ChandBibi: Aliya, Zain...

Zain and Aliya: (in chorus) yes Chand jaan

ChandBibi: Come down for breakfast.

Aliya got up, and nearly tripped over, but does anyone think she would ever touch the floor? I guess the answer is NO, 2 strong arms caught in a nick of time.

Zain: My begum, I think you should look before walking!

Aliya: Whatever... wait, you never let me touch the ground, I mean did you start to have some solid feelings for me? (Smirked at her winning point)

Zain didn't know what to say so just left to get ready.

10 MINUSTES LATER, IN THE HALL:

Everyone was taking their seats, Barkat was lost and didn't know where to seat, she saw a seat next to Zain empty, she went and sat down there. Zain was shocked, he wouldn't let anyone seat next to him unless it's his MKB; he disturb her breakfast underneath the table, he would kick her and do all sorts of thing but today none of that sort of thing is going to work as Aliya wasn't here. She dint even come down for breakfast.

Usman: Zain where is Aliya?

Zain: I dint know Dad, I saw her getting ready.

Surraya: Usman sahib, why don't you start your breakfast?

Usman: Surraya Begum... how is this possible, you know that I never have breakfast unless everyone is here.

Surraya: But...

Zain: Mom, I will go and check, wait...

Zain was getting worried, "Aliya never missed breakfast, she loved it, then", he thought. He run to his room, he knocked on the door, tried to open it, but the door wouldn't budge. Now he got even more worried.

Zain: Aliya, Aliya... open the door.

Zain: For god's sake... dad Aliya isn't opening the door.

Usman: Wait, we are coming, Fahad miah lets go...

Surraya: Usman sahib...

Usman: Surraya... if you want to have breakfast then carry on!

Barkat: Mon, I think dad is right, we should go and check on bhabi.

They all reached Zain's bedroom, no one was opening the door, Zain was worried, he didn't know what Aliya was doing behind these stupid doors, but why wasn't she responding to all the shouting.

Zain: Dad I know a way of getting inside the room.

Usman: How?

Zain: By climbing the pipes from the swimming pool area.

Usman: Then what are we waiting for? Zain...

By the time Usman asked everybody to follow Zain, he already left for the swimming pool area and started to climb the pipes.

Surraya: Zain beta, be careful...

Zain: I reached the balcony already can you stop worrying, come in front of the room.

Fahad: Okay, yaar jaldi kar na!

Zain went inside the room to find it empty, no one was there, Aliya was nowhere but her suit that she was going to wear was on the bed, her jewellery was on the dressing table, like she laid it last night. He checked everywhere but didn't check the bathroom, he went ahead but was scared that he might find her laying there. And that is exactly what he found, everyone was in the room shocked to find it empty.

Zain: Aliya...Aliya...Aliya!

Usman: What happened to Aliya?

Zain: Dad she is unconscious!

Zain picked her up, effortlessly as if he was picking a leaf up. He placed her on the bad carefully and dialled the doctors number.

Zain: Doctor, it's me Zain... can you please come over for about 10 minutes... OK! THANKS!

Usman: Is the doctor coming?

Zain: Yes...he is...can someone get a bowl of water?

Barkat: Yes, I will get it.

Zain: Thanks!

Zain was hurt, he never saw Aliya in this state, she was barely ill, he never thought that he would have to take of Aliya, she was always the one to take of everyone. But today, no one knew what was wrong with her, but he knew that nothing bad will happen to her.

5 minutes later:

Doctor: Nothing is wrong her! It happens to everyone, not men to ladies when...

Zain: when???

Usman: Doctor, I think we should leave now...

Doctor: No, wait, there is good news! You bahu is pregnant!

Abdullah family: Really???? Yes!

Arub, Sana and Saiyed: Yes, we will have a cousin!!! Thank you chachu!!!

Zain was confused, he was shocked but happy that finally his family was complete!

Usman: Zain beta congratulation, hope you have a happy family!

Barkat: (thinking) Now my mission will be harder!

Surraya: Zain, I am really happy for you, but now I want to have my breakfast!

Zain couldn't help but smile, Aliya was still unconscious, but Zain being a good took full care of Aliya. He was happy, for the first time in his life, he felt that Aliya was the right choice and that Aliya was his world and love... wait did he just say love, he isn't in love with her, or maybe he is...

Precap: Aliya waking up in the morning with a very harsh pain in her abdomen. Zain massaging her, which makes her fall asleep again! Barkat watching all that and getting annoyed!

Barkat only came in here because she wanted to ruin Zain and Aliya's life, she wanted to take full revenge, because of the humiliation that her abbu had to go through and because her boyfriend had to serve the jail, all that because of Ayat, but she wouldn't do any harm to Ayat, she will harm her best jiju and her sister.

In Barkat's room:

Barkat: What the hell!!! Everyone seem so happy about Aliya and her baby...I have to do something to make theses two love birds separate, they will have to hate each other by the end of Friday night. Otherwise my name is not Barkat!

She vowed to herself, she will bring justice for her father and boyfriend no matter what. On the other side of the villa, Zain woke up, looking at Aliya yawing in pain... she couldn't help but cry, she was having too much pain. Zain didn't know what to do, he didn't want to call his family members, he would feel embarrassed so would Aliya, so he decided to give her massage.

Zain: Aliya, shall I give you a massage? You might feel better!

Aliya: Zain, I need water...

Zain: Don't talk ... just turn around.

Aliya: OK...But do it slowly and softly!

Aliya was having a bad pain, but didn't want to scream, she knew that her family members would tease her non-stop, but after the massage, she felt the heavy pain gone, she was relieved and happy and in her heart, she was really grateful to her good-for-nothing husband.

Aliya: Thanks, I want to sleep.

Zain: Is your pain gone?

Aliya: Yes, now don't talk otherwise...

Zain: Otherwise...

Aliya: You are too much! Just shut up...

Zain: Alright, try to get some sleep.

Zain left Aliya on the bed. As soon as he left the bed, she fell asleep.

After having a very relaxing bath, wearing relaxing cloths, Zain went and sat down next to Aliya. Like a little child, he started to play with her hair softly, he was looking at every organisms on her face.

Zain: Yaar, little did I know that I would have such a beautiful day in my life? When I said the Qubool, I thought that from that day onward my life was gone, but after you coming in my life everything changed, I found a new reason to live...

Behind the doors of Zain's room, Barkat was standing there and listening to all the rubbish talk that Zain was saying. She was getting annoyed, but knew exactly what to do.

Barkat: Sorry Zain bhai, but I will make sure that you say never thought that such a sad day would every come in my life.

Precap: Aliya falling off the stairs and Zain screaming her name.

Chapter 5:

Barkat vowed to herself that Zain and Aliya will never be together. She needed to take revenge for whatever has been done to her and her abbu and her boyfriend. She wanted to kill each and everyone of Abdullah family but couldn't. It would take time, to make sure that everything is in place, otherwise she will get caught.

Barkat: "No...Zain bhai, this is not your best day of your life, but the worst day of your life. Your baby will die and you will blame Aliya bhabi for it...ohhh how sad!"

Inside Zain's room:

Zain has been staring at Aliya for more than 10 minutes, but didn't want to move. Aliya finally woke up thinking that may be Zain was gone to office but to her amazement she found him staring at her as if he never saw her.

Aliya: Kia? What are you looking at? I am know I am really pretty, but that doesn't mean that you are going stare at me non-stop!

Zain: What! Me... that too starring at you...

Aliya: No not you... the table! You fool!

Zain: Anyway, I am going downstairs...

Aliya: Wait... nothing!

Zain: What!!!

Aliya: Nothing.

Aliya didn't know why she was calling him, but she didn't want to stay by herself! Zain on the other hand was confused, he couldn't decided whether to stay with her or go downstairs and wait for lunch.

Aliya: What are you waiting for? Leave the room, I need to change.

Zain: Do you want to go shopping?

Aliya: What??? Shopping??? Why??

Zain: Just asking because you are going to change the size of your body in an instance.

Aliya: Meaning?

Zain: Meaning that you will start eating and wont stop, you will eat whatever you want and become a god knows what!

Zain enjoyed teasing her; it became his favourite hobby, something that he has to do everyday and every minutes otherwise he doesn't get peace.

Aliya: What!!! How dare you??? Leave the room and by the way, I am not fat, nor am I going to be.

Zain: Really??? You would be able to stay without eating you favourite food for the whole 9 months! Will you able to stay without eating anything fatty?

Aliya: Yes I will!

Zain: Challenge?

Aliya: Accepted!

With this, Zain left the room for Aliya to get changed in peace and without him seeing her getting changed. He knew that Aliya would loose the challenge as he was an expert in biology in UNI. Before leaving the room, he peeped back into it.

Zain: MKB...

Aliya: What??? You still didn't leave, you besharam!

Zain: Wait, I need tell you something!

Aliya: Hurry up!

Zain: I can imagine you getting changed!

Aliya: Oh ok, now leave...wait what!!!! BESHARAM!

Zain: HAHAHAHA!!!!!

Zain left a numb Aliya behind thinking about their past and their vows to make each others life worse, but how they brightened each others life.

Aliya was deep in her thoughts, but all her thought went when she heard ChandJaan calling for lunch.

Aliya: Coming ChandJaan.

Aliya couldn't believe her eyes, she become a multi-tasked person by staying with her kitkit, she loves him more than her life now. She got changed quickly and wore her favourite pair of sandals but little did she know that the sandals that she was wearing had oil on them and that she could slip at any moment and this is exactly what happened, while going downstairs, Aliya made sure she was careful while she was waking but her luck didn't favour her, she slipped off the 1^st stair and rolled to the last. Everyone was shocked, specially Zain.

Zain: Aliya...

Usman: Lets go...Aliya beta...

No answer, she didn't answer, she was bleeding badly, blood was all over her forehead and arms, she had a deep cut on her stomach. Zain couldn't believe what he saw, he was blaming himself, he was showing Aliya her favourite dish, she didn't focus on where she stepped and she fell off.

But for Barkat, it was the biggest achievement, she had taken her 1^st step toward her bright and happy future.

Zain: Dad, call the ambulance now...

Fahad: I called them

Zain: Looks like they arrived, lets go!

Everyone was panicked; Aliya's hatters as well, Surraya was crying, she didn't like Aliya at all but that doesn't mean that she would want Aliya to die. Shazia and Nafisah were shocked and sad, but couldn't do anything to help her.

Aliya was taken to the emergency ward.

Doctor: Sister, take her to the ICU immediately!

Zain: She will fine right?

Doctor: It looks really critical, I don't know.

The doctor was right; Aliya's health was critical, now after 2 hours of checking and operating, the doctor finally came out with news, not with good ones, but with bad ones!

Doctor: I am sorry...

Zain: What do you mean you are sorry??? She alright right???

Doctor: Let me finish, both of their life are in danger, we can only save one life, now its your decision...which life you want the most! We do not have enough time, please inform me about your decision in exactly 3 minutes.

The Abdullah family was shocked, they didn't know what to say... they wanted both lives, safe and sound but now they were stuck, they left Zain to take the decision.

Zain: I want Aliya!

This shocked the whole family but they all thought that it was the best decision.

The doctor took the decision and started the operation to which would bring the worst phase of life for Aliya and the best for Barkat!

Precap: Doctor coming towards the family with a smile and Zain shocked to hear the news from him.
