Neither Mir Khan, nor the fake Barkat would have any real reasons to destroy or pose a threat to ZaYa's married life. It's the real Barkat who will actually, have the real reasons to hate on Aaliya. Because, otherwise, like you said, it simply makes no sense.lol

It's utterly important for the CVs to justify, whatever they do & most importantly in a simple way & not make things complex & unrealistic inorder to justify anything.

I saw it. I couldn't believe that, they showed Mir raising his hand on her. Poor girl, he must've subjected her to physical abuse when she was young.

Yep. Beyond a doubt, Mir seems like someone, who is beyond redemption as of now. He's someone who probably deviated way too far from the right track & is now only to lazy, to find & put himself back on the morally correct path. He knows this himself too, I guess.

This is probably the reason, he doesn't & isn't gonna care, but try & screw everyone else's life, who's gonna come in his path. I don't know or understand his angst against Aaliya. But he could be bitter about the fact, that Ghulam has disowned him & Aaliya being, his own niece, was hand in glove with Zain & the Abdullah family, to snatch Barkat away from him. This could fuel him up against her & his new mission would be, to screw Aaliya's life in Barkat & extract his vengeance from her.

P.S - No idea about Sunil Sinha. But does seem, a veteran.
