It was kind of an attention grabber, for me. I wondered, why she said that, cause she knew Zain. But then, the underlying meaning behind it, although it took me a while to crack, but I'm glad they made her say that. Because she must've known him for all those years, but she was still SO wrong about him.
"Usse bhi toh pata chale, ki Zain Abdullah aakhir cheez kya hai" . Zain had said this to Shabana, on the phone, regarding Aaliya. And Zain was so right.

Despite having an idea, about his crust persona, she had no clue, that beneath, all of those, he was a different man altogether.
The one who put her image into jeopardy, while loafing around with her in Bhopal, protected her own's sister's, like a true brother. The one who humiliated her on the night of their Waleema, later went onto to stand up against his own mom, for her parents, like a Knight in shining Armour. We knew it, as fans. We knew that, Zain would never let his Phupha & Phups get humiliated, but Aaliya Haider could've have had the biggest doubts on the same.š
The Zain Abdullah that she's always been underestimating, was actually a very strong man of words & nibho-fies promises like a pro! š And he's surely not an idiot! One of the sharpest hubbies on Indian tv! š He jumped in through their window & "ice cream" pheroed, on Suriyya's plans. Deposited money into her parent's accounts & saved her in the nick of the time, with the jewellery matter, where Aaliya could've been royally screwed.
