Not impressed..

Am I the only one who found the first episode over dramatic..

it was all over the place..

Actors are good but everything looked so OTT in terms of screenplay

anyways what I found really amusing was shourya pouring water over her head...
some one gotta tell that dude..."to put water where the fire was actually spreading"...that scene totally cracked me up😆

gonna try few more episodes..coz revenge stories are always intense...

durga thakur is going to take revenge ..but not just for that gal..but as precap showed there is definitely more into it...

I feel that scene where he pours water over her head was shown to let the audience know of his vile intentions. He wanted to look at her when she was wet & touch her which he did when putting the shawl over her.

i said y he is pouring water over her head ...where the fire is over her Saree's palu...n dad said ...yaar he is trying to make her wet so that fire dun catch her further...n i was like will fire wait for that...its fire dad...lol...that was really a scene with no sense i guess...well but i liked the epi...dint find it OTT...but yeah that ma POV...as they hv started it over exgaggeratingly...but vtevr...it was cool

True epi was ok but that scene was a bit OTT am still not getting why shourya didn't pour water on the fair his concentration was on getting her wet i guess. 😆

I agree...cos they tried to put in everything in one episode itself. They did not intend to drag it for a week by introducing every character in every episode. Instead they showed the protagonist and antagonists in one episode...they were moving at such a fast pace...

2ndly, why do they have to show Kolkata with Durga Puja...sirf Durga puja to nahi hota Kolkata me...but then they had to put the Durga-Mahishasur symbolism in Durga-Shaurya context...because Mahishasur lusted for Parvati and she took her Durga form to do his vadh...

I found the execution very hurried and haphazard...i did not find it over dramatic...dramatic element was in check...i found it very cut short and incomplete...

As far as Shaurya pouring water over Durga shows his mentality regarding women,who are just objects to satisfy his lust...but Durga will make him fall hook,line and sinker for her...he will fall in love with her...and that is when his downfall will begin...cos then his head won't be working anymore...it will be his heart...Durga will put him in that state just as Payal's...

Finally, i found Sakshi Goenka much more intimidating than Rajnath Goenka...she is the one to look out for actually...she is also equally conniving as Durga...just on the opposite side...

I actually liked the first epsiode. And yeh that scene was hilarious but they carried it out very well.

Oh yeah that scene cracked me up too 🤣 Y pour water over her head when her pallu had caught fire? 😆
