Disappointing performance

I was kinda disappointed with PD's performance yesterday ... The scene with krishna and atharva was so lacklusture and i was not very touched ...
I kinda expected more from prachi ... especially from this scene ... bcuz i waiting for this moment for quite some time ; you know ; bani meeting her kids ..
I dunno it seemed a bit hollow ...
More than the present scene the flashbacks of bani givin birth to the twins , listening to them on the phone etc ( in which PD was excellent ) brought a lump to my throat ...

yeah i agree... i mean she was meeting her children after 5 years and all she did was pat them not hug them or take them in her arms nor did tears come out with the joy of seeing her children again. I mean it was so much cuter when she met atharv in the temple .. even though to her he was an unknown child there was more maternal emotion in her then than there was when she knew they were her children.

Lunza, I found her performance very listless as well. Even RK has been thanda thanda for the past few days. I guess the boring as hell story line is getting to them too. Need J-B in the same frame to get some 'inspired' performances 😉

yes i agree with you. PD was disapointing yesterday
finaaly Bani saw her kid after5 years.but somehow i felt somthing is missing in that scene.she was seeing her kids after 5 years but I think(my POV)PD is failed to intact that yearning ,as a mother something is missing in her(speicially yesterday epi).No doubt that She is very good actress ,she can do .but as she said that she is not comfortable playing as a mother may be this the reason.but i am sure aboutPD .She is capable to do anykind of role.

BUT RANO IS TOO GOOD .the scene with pia was too good and also her interaction with kids also exellent.
She is perfectly potraying mother of all 4 kids.even I also like the way she toke away veer from pia

yup, she needs to work hard on her performance as a mother. she is not showing that love and feeling in those scenes.

Yeah I agree as well. RK and PD both are sort of off mood and I guess it's something to do with how the storyline is going... 😕 I guess they're not really happy either... 😭 But one thing I always realise is that whenever PD and RK work together in the same frame they make the best out of it... 😉 Like they need each other to make the scene perfect.... 😛 😳

RK and PD rock to gether in a scene and in the past few weeks its apparent that they are bore/disappointed/disgusted with the current track in KS!!!
I think the scnee where they are face to face will be just as powerful as all their other scenes!!

Everyone is right that the scene where Bani meets her kids could have been better...the direction could have been better calling for hugs and tears and with the kids calling her Mommy!!! PD's reluctance to play Mommy is visible in that scene's acting although she did very well when she met Atharv in the mandir!! Hopefully as the story progresses and the track (hopefully) improves so will the performances and direction!!!

I haven't seen the episode but not being able to work with your fav. co-star should be no excuse for not being at your best. The actor is what makes the character and thats it. Prachi makes Bani, Ram makes Jai...they should stick to their guns if they have committed to to their roles.

Prachi my honey...concentrate on your role and nothing else.

Being an actor/actoress you have to work with many other characters as well and play differnet roles, just acting against the actor/actoress you love or feel comfortable does not make you a good actor.

I personally feel it was her reluctance to play a mother that is showing on her face, she has to get over it and try her best to play the mother as she is one in the drama.
