Kalpi should some how say..."i want to continue to work here even if i am not promoted. I want to learn and grow in this organization." But this i am not sure if kalpi will say...either she has to use the professional desire to stay with him. Or personal desire to get in to a relation with him.I am just waiting for monday..how CVs will handle this.
Breach of Employment Contract applies to both the parties equally, unless there is mutual agreement
Technically, Kalpi has every right to stay in the office to complete her notice period unless she herself wants to leave and Raghav is willing too, as long as that's not the case she can use this clause without letting her feelings out in open !!
