6 month contract so...no resignation !

i think u r correct kalpi shayad 6 months contract ka bahana banaye...kyunki ager usne resignation de diya to raghav use apna rejection samjhe ke accept ker lega..

You cannot leave the company till I fire you, or till you give me some valid reason to sign that letter... or at that time.. he said, You cannot leave this organization (or Me.. or rather.. I will not let u leave me ... 😳) because the reasons you gave me aren't right..!!!

So.. what's the scene right now is.. Raghav indirectly asking like I didn't want you to leave other day, would u decide to stay with me too...!!
and if she says no, to save her self-respect... She could.. Raghav may not be able to stop her now by words as he has already given her open way to leave...

and Only Raghav can use contract as a boss to stop the failing plan...!!
Like give her promotion , when Kalpi gives resign.. and he can say.. that as per deal, I would have set u free, if u wouldn't have proved ur capabilities and not promoted.. But .. Now again.. go and look for valid reason ...!!

The contract puts compulsion to the employee to stay with the organisation for 6 months...it doesn't make it compulsory for the company to keep kalpi for 6 months. So only raghav can use it not kalpi.

omg yeah contract thing can't be used by kalpi so so wat will she do.
