Kalpi should some how say..."i want to continue to work here even if i am not promoted. I want to learn and grow in this organization." But this i am not sure if kalpi will say...either she has to use the professional desire to stay with him. Or personal desire to get in to a relation with him.

I am just waiting for monday..how CVs will handle this.


Breach of Employment Contract applies to both the parties equally, unless there is mutual agreement

Technically, Kalpi has every right to stay in the office to complete her notice period unless she herself wants to leave and Raghav is willing too, as long as that's not the case she can use this clause without letting her feelings out in open !!

I doubt.. that Kalpi has those powers... as per my knowledge,... raghav says.. u have to be part of organization, till I fire u... or u have valid reason for resigning.. and Raghav never wanted to fire her then.. or let her go at all..

But I believe it... is not in Kalpi's control to use that contract.. it's just raghav... who is the boss...

Even if she can, and she doesn't resign after openly challenging raghav to promote her... if he doesn't she will... It would be lowering her self-respect..!! But hell Raghav and Sammy do not understand now..!!

@ Bold - I agree with you, for Kalpi more than anything her self-respect is dear !

Kalpi has the right to use contract, it's a legal document and comes under the scrutiny of labour law...unless Raghav has valid reasons to fire her, he cannot straight away ask her to leave before notice period. Decision has to be mutual !!
