I don't think Raghav is in his late twenties.He is at least 10 years older to Kalpana.
Even if it isn't easy to guess how old Raghav was when Kalpi was born.But in the 2nd leap,he is shown to have come to live with the Kapoors after completing his studies(Sahil mentioned it) and that's graduation for sure.Kalpana then was 11 years old.Well that makes Raghav at least 31.

Still not so sure about Raghav.But Kalpi abhi 21 ki hai kyunki usne abhi graduation kiya hai.Aur 2nd leap 10 saal ka tha.Aap promo dekh sakte ho.To Kalpana 11 saal ki thi 1st leap ke baad.
Aur jab Raghav baby Kalpana se pehli baar milta hai,he looks at least 10 years old,older than Prem and Pakya.He looks the same age as the girls after the 1st leap.

even i am not sure but 1st leap k bad rags 14 ya 15 saal ka lag raha hai 21 ka to nhe🤢

After 1st leap he shoud be less than 18...as sahil says..once raghav turns 18 all the property will be in raghav's hands..so he was not yet 18... I guess he finished his 12th class...and should be 17+...
