And .. I don't think, if this is the case, Shabana and Ghulaam are involved in it as if they were, Surraiya wouldn't have called them for knowing about Ghulaam's health n all.
I think she just hates Bhopal and doesn't like Aaliya's family cuz they are poor and they live in Bhopal.
